Second rental from Sixt, will be the last. Ruined the one day of vacation we had because I have to return the car because they left it in transport mode (no radio, gps, or ability to change driving modes)

In a hurry? RENT HERE! We were at Fox for 1.5 hours waiting in line because we used our miles there to book and they would not refund them. Went over to Sixt and we were in a car on the road in 10 minutes! The staff here was awesome and matched our vibe! Amazing! Great car, cheap price, fast and friendly!!!

I would never recommend Sixt. I picked up a car around Mid night after a late arriving flight. The attendant stayed late to rent me the car, I appreciated that, but when i got to the car, a new BMW 330i it smelled terribly. I was to tired to worry about at pick up and had a long drive to the keys ahead of me. It was obvious that the car had been smoked in. When we returned it 5 days later I brought it to the attention of the attendant again. She agreed it smelled terrible. 3 days after I get home I get a bill for smoking in the car, $400. This wasn't me. This is exactly what I complained about. The customer service representative on the phone was horrible and not helpful in anyway. Terrible company. Stay away from these dishonest thieves.

My flight got redirected too Fort Lauderdale instead of Miami. The rental pickup was supposed to be at Miami airport. Asked this location if I could take it from them Instead since I’m here. Nope, no help at all didn’t care . Thanks for welcoming us to good all Florida guys!

I’m a forever SIXT customer. After arriving to FLL 4 hours late and landing at 3am, I made my way to the rental garage. I planned on waiting until SIXT opened at 6am. When I got to SIXT’s counter, I was greeted by Patrick. Even thought the counter had been closed for over two hours and wasn’t due to open for another three, Patrick was able to get me in a car and on my way. He literally transformed a nightmare travel scenario into an incredibly pleasant experience. Patrick was super friendly, efficient and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about him. What an incredible person. Also, why would anyone not rent from SIXT is beyond me. I rented a clean, new BMW X5 for the same price as a VW Jetta from another major rental. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about SIXT it’s so incredible. SIXT for life!

Jessie was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained how tolls and express lines work here in Florida. Car was clean and came with a full tank of gas.
