Alamo is the absolute worst car rental company I have ever dealt with! After getting a flat tire during my rental, their customer service was nonexistent and unhelpful. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and it took hours for them to send assistance. I will never rent from Alamo again and would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable car rental service to steer clear of this incompetent company.

Everything is good except one moment. My husband and me were after morning flight very tired. English isn’t our native language and representative (her name Aura) was so mean… I understand all but we came in Florida for vacation not for hear about our education level…

We did the pre-check in which was fantastic, it allowed us to get off the plane, get our luggage and straight to our rental car.
My only complaint was I selected a mid size SUV and thought I was gonna get a Toyota Rav4 or something similar but ended up getting a selection of smaller vehicles. I was confused about that process but regardless not a total loss, we ended up with a Chevy Trax and was a very nice and newer vehicle plus great gas milage. Alamo staff were super polite and helpful, not one issue with this rental company. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Use their app and do precheck you won't regret it!

Nice quick service. The best thing is that they actually have the cars you requested available. No hidden fees, everything is upfront. I wish other car rental companies would be the same.

There was no line to wait on. I used the website to book a car. There were many choices reasonable prices and I pick up the car one hour after reserving it. The staff was very helpful. And once the paperwork work was signed a staff member escorted me to the cars and gave me a choice of car. Previous companies I have dealt with only told you where the car was parked. And offered no choices and were more expensive.

Renting from FLL was super easy. I was greeted by the personnel at the desk, I used the kiosk to complete the reservation.. it was all painless and a dreamy experience.
I had an issue with the power steering system light coming on. I called to report it. The rep on the phone was super empathetic, as well. And then upon my departure from Florida at FLL I had a wonderful experience of bringing the vehicle back to the lovely personnel. Esperanza was very professional and apologetic about my
Experience with the warning light. I would give Almo at FLL a 10 out of 10

The bad first, Edgar, I believe is his name refused to help me, he said that there was only one car available, he never stood up. When I took off my clothes that night they smelled like smoke, I was going to wear some of those clothes the next day, I was upset!
The good, Jarvis and Dominik, I believe.
They did Everything to make me happy,

We went with Alamo for their good reviews. They were not the cheapest, but it was certainly worth it. We checked in with the kiosk and was in our rental within minutes. The drop off at the airport was flawless as well. Clean vehicle and all employees we encountered were extremely helpful. Thanks Alamo!

we waited in line for over two hours while the workers slowly walked around behind the desk with no sense of urgency and helped customers that were walking up instead of going through the line. one of the workers left and took a lunch break that lasted for over an hour while sitting there staring at the line that you couldn’t even see the end of from around the corner. it took at least twenty minutes to process each customer. we had a nine hour drive ahead of us and wished we would have rented through another company.
