Alex and his team were VERY VERY VERY amazing!! Their team were the best movers we have ever used! They were professional and kind and did the best job ever! They made my mom’s move from Florida to North Carolina smooth and easy and made her feel at ease. They treated our mom with kindness and their care when placing her things made it very easy for us to unpack. They are the best and we highly recommend them.

If you are looking for movers for a local or across county move, look no further than Agility Van lines. I researched several movers big and small and Agility Van Lines had the best price by far. It just wasn't the price, these guys are true professionals. The communication was incredible. The owner Shane makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns you may have as does the office manager Denise. They pick up the phone every time and respond to emails and texts within minutes. Thank you both for being so diligent, you both are amazing.
I moved across states and my move was seamless and stress free. The crew was awesome carefully packing my items as if they were theirs. They went over and beyond my expectations. When they dropped off they made sure all my items went exactly in the room I wanted them in. I have moved before and had movers just drop of my stuff in an unorganized fashion. Agility doesn't do that, they take the time to make sure everything was perfect.
A very special thanks to Teddy who led his crew, Teddy you are incredible and such a hard worker my friend. Also many thanks to Luke, Alfred and the rest of the team, you guys were great to work with.
So don't waste your time and over pay with another mover, call Agility Van lines now if you are planning a move. You will be treated with respect as Agility defines professionalism at the highest level.

I have moved over 30 times, including 7 states and two countries--I feel pretty confident in my experience organizing a move, as well as, working with moving companies.
While everyone I spoke with and met was friendly and professional, this move was one of the bumpiest moves I've ever had and I should have worked with a different company.
Here were some of the bigger bumps I encountered:
The sales process seemed to go smoothly; however, part of my buying decision was made on the cost presented in the quote. I was transparent with the amount of furniture I had, but I ended up paying almost 30% more than the quote at the time of the move. I've never had that happen before and it was a shock finding that out the day I was moving. I get that it's an estimate; however, in 20 years I've never had such a discrepancy and I am not sure what I would have done differently at the time.
Scheduling the move was also chaotic. And the actually moving day was even more chaotic. I was moving a two bedroom apartment on the third floor. It took over 7 hours to load the truck.
All in all everyone was nice and professional--I think they tried to do their best. It just was not at the level of experience I have had with other companies.

Alfred R and Trevor C were POLITE, careful, so hard working couldn’t get them to stop and eat! Have never had a better moving experience. Great price but worth it - and more. What nice guys. They wrapped everything- I mean everything. Nothing damaged. Agility has a rocking team with these guys!!!

Great company who saved me from a moving disaster!
I moved from Florida to Tennessee and had scheduled the move with another company. When the other company arrived they had a small box truck and two guys. Found out they were going to transfer my furniture two times before it ever arrived in Tennessee.
Long story short, I reached out to Agility and within days, there were able to pick up my belongings and drive to Tennessee. From the first call, to finally delivery, this company was the most professional moving group.
These guys, Alex, David, Marcus, Teddy, Nate and Juan were wonderful. Their experience exceeded what I expected and as a result relieved my stress.
When they arrived at destination, Alex, the GOAT, along with David and Juan, viewed the house and came up with a plan. They unloaded with precision, placed boxes in correct rooms and finished sooner than I expected.
Thank you Agility Van Lines, you saved my sanity! When they left my house it was like saying bye to my friends…

Great moving experience. Ontario and his crew did their very best to protect each and every item no matter how small. Ontario and his crew were upmost professionals and took the time to make sure everything was moved and assembled in correct locations. Shane, Denise and everyone we talked with on the phone were very helpful.
