This company has the absolute worst drives in the ENTIRE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA!I’ve watch the vans for this company almost hit multiple vehicles without any remorse for the uncomfortable position other drivers are left in by being forced to keep close attention on these services vehicles.I will not be recommending anyone in my community to this unorganized small establishment. Regardless of the situation driving to that degree of recklessness is absolutely unacceptable. I give this company a F in employee assessment and for terrible monitoring of the service vehicles on the road and there speeds and road safety education procedures for service vehicles that are Quote on Quote “Very Busy” as the establishment will tell you when you call to advise of the hazards their drivers are posing on the road.Lastly, to anyone readingUse this company at your own digression!!

I called AAA and because our car battery was dying and wasn't starting. They sent out a rep from the company who tested our battery and said yes it is a bad battery and said we needed a new one. it had a 36 month warrant my on it and did not expire until 11/13/23 and today was 10/18/23. He charged us $143.00 for a new battery when I told him the contract said 36 months and we had 3 and 1/2 weeks to go before the warranty expires. I asked to speak to his supervisor who he called and put her on the phone and I asked if she was his supervisor for Affordable Battery and she said she was and her name was Leah. She said we had to pay that prorata price according to the app that the guy pulled up on his phone. She said we have to pay according to the app which I explained our contact says our battery shoul be free if it goes bad before the 36 month. This contract is from almost 3 years ago and has changed since then. We got ripped off cause we had bought a new battery so we wouldn't be stuck and it was under the warranty time deadline. Breach of contract!! Do not trust them!!!

I had such a horrible experience with AAA regarding my service request another contractor from yesterday was a no show after waiting 6 hrsbut you guys worker name Melvin was amazing he called in today gave me an ETA. Very professional he came did his job very sufficient and very fast I would recommend you guys to all my friends and family thank you thank you.

Called AAA. Auto mechanic Alan from Affordable Battery arrived in under the estimated time. An assistant came with him. They had a white van clearly marked AAA, with the company information displayed. Alan was courteous and clear on the phone and in person. Gave a jumpstart, tested the car battery, explained to us the jumpstart was only a temporary fix, showed us the testing screen display, stating the battery level was at 8%, but at 0% for battery charge, and offered the standard battery replacement at the AAA quoted price, with three warranty. Total came out to $230. Replacement was done quickly and smoothly. Car turned on, and glad to have made it home. Overall a positive experience. Thank you, Alan!

Nov 2022 giving 5 STARS to McCale the guy who arrived from Affordable Battery Service located in Fort Lauderdale. However, giving the AAA operator who I called 1 STAR because she kept interrupted me when I was trying to give her information, plus I had a hard time hearing her because she kept mumbling, not making sense. When I asked her to repeat what she said she started yelling at me. I am sorry I did not take her name but she really needs to speak clearly and not mumble, maybe an Anger Management class would help. McCale arrived 20 minutes after we called AAA, he was WONDERFUL and very professional. He needed to change my tire which took less than a half hour. All and all, I cannot say a bad word about Affordable Battery Service in Fort Lauderdale, but the Rep from AAA is a different story.

BE CAREFUL ! This is one of the worst companies you can come across through AAA, I needed to change a tire, the guy came in, said he could fix my tire for 15 dollars and I agreed, when he put it back he totally wrecked and broke one of my lug nuts. The tire was flat on the floor again after 15 minutes, so I took it to 3 different places to fix it but nobody wanted to take it out because this guy forced all of the lugs so I had to change all of the.After filing a complaint through AAA, they lied sending a fake picture Denying the whole incident ( I'm still fighting to get paid full amount), I spent 370 dollars to fix my tire, so stay away from this fraudulent company better safe then sorry !Service: Tires

Stay away from this company. They are a ripoff company that takes advantage of the AAA logo to ripoff AAA members. Do not buy any products from them as they sell low quality products then refuse to honor them when they go bad. Very, very bad

I wish i could leave -10 for stars. They have a lady answering the phone who sounds like she was on triple PMS's. Worst customer service i have ever come across for no reason.i was checking on an ETA, she yelled at me and hung up, when i called back to ask why she hung up, she said i told you already bye when she never did...then hung up on me again...i called to ask for a supervisor, her response was hell no then hung up. This B...should be locked in a cage by herself. I canceled and reported them to AAA service and going to leave a review in BBB.

If you like an old bar feeling this is the place. Kind of like a small DAV with good food.There are many things on the menu I would still like to try. But they don't have a full liquor license. So I doubt I'll be back. Unless it's for lunch.We especially enjoy the pretzel with beer cheese appetizer, and the homemade french fries.

Used for towing service through AAA. First day they were 4 hours late, was not able to get car to shop since they closed at 6. Second day 4 hours late, then another 2 hours later showed up. Vito was magnificent! He was a pleasure to work with he made the experience absolutely wonderful so I definitely had to start with him! Affordable answered right away and with the necessary information given they gave me a reasonable quote and an estimated arrival time of 30-45 minutes. So I waited. 10 minutes later I received a call from Vito who stated he was 13 minutes away. He arrived in 9 minutes and the smiles/laughs began. He taught me some things and I taught him some things the rest is great history. This is the place to call for great customer service all the way around. Thank you so much again Vito and Affordable Towing. Will definitely call again with no hesitation!

We used their AAA services to tow one of our fleet trucks due to a bad fuel pump. Not only did they tow the vehicle to their yard, They even provided the mechanic services to replace the fuel pump at a reasonable price. We will be looking to getting this company to manage our fleet as they also provide fleet maintenance services... GREAT AND EASY company to work with.

Horrible customer service from the second technician that was dispatched …. He dried and cleaned terminals for a dead battery I bought 6 months prior from them and after testing it and seeing NO AMP or Voltage , the inexperienced tech didn’t want to spend the time to take battery out because it’s not an easy access. Then supervisor said my tech can’t touch the battery because it’s wet , the trunk was open and it was raining !!!! I would not recommend to use these clowns and crooks using AAA brand name when they are pirates in disguise

The AAA Affordable Battery van shows up after the first van couldn't get into my car truck . Gives me attitude from the start bacuse he couldn't find my car, well he has to enter parking lot of hotel to do that .... Then checks the battery it's completely dead ... takes off terminals wipes them down then try's again ,( mind you trim kit was open waiting for driver and it was raining ) he gets in his van and says his supervisor says he is leaving and can't change battery .... The supervisor calls me back and states he can't change battery when it's wet, i stated I wanted my money back full return for the battery I bought from them , she said NO! The dispatched 2 nd driver can't open a can a tuna w pop top ... and is unprofessional and not a good impression for AAA brand and the supervisor should be fired for backing up this in experienced tech . My advise is don't buy battery from these crooks !
