I can't say what happened to this store and the collection, but Abercrombie is just a normal clothing store like Zara and H&M, the exception is that the prices are 5 times higher. The sale section is very poorly marked. There are T-shirts hanging under a 25% sign whose tags are also marked in yellow, but these are sold at the normal price. Only a fraction of the store is on sale. The employees are rude and unmotivated. When you asked the price you were looked at askance at the checkout. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to Abercrombie.

Big change since our last visit (from the UK) in 2018. Where are all the branded t-shirts? Where are the clearance rails? Too expensive for our tastes.

This is a nice store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This store has mens and womens clothes and sells pants, shorts, and jackets. It had some $90 jeans and an almost $200 black puffer jacket, which was very comfortable when I tried it on. After I tried on the black puffy jacket I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Abercrombie and Fitch five stars because it has some nice puffer jackets. However, it’s winter jacket selection isn’t as good as other stores, which make sense considering this is in Florida.

I haven’t shopped at this brand in years and went in with someone else for a quick return and ended up walking out with a dress for a wedding and a skirt that I love! This was mainly due to the exceptional service by the store manager Mika and her associate (another young man I can’t remember his name) but they were both so accommodating and helpful and made this shopping trip a very successful one for me.

Went in store 7/1 and just started packing my bags for my trip and realized that they had me pay for a pair of jeans but did not put them in my bag. I was not contacted or stopped coming out of the store telling me I forgot my jeans and now as I'm packing I realized all of this. They have my information on file from my abercrombie account so I'm not sure why I was not contacted. Honestly so annoyed and so upset. Now I will probably have to drive all the way to the Galleria mall again following my trip so they can get me my jeans.
