I had a very unnecessarily strange encounter with a staff member of this business yesterday. It started when I dropped off a polo-style t-shirt for a simple logo patch embroidery job. A little girl who was eating at the cash register/ customer counter (Well, I can't really say the woman was little because although she was of diminutive stature & intellect, she was otherwise more rotund and portly) whose name I do not know (the one with the large, red, purulent, swollen & inflamed acne covering her face) took my order & payment. She indicated that the order would be complete & ready for pickup the following day. I arrived 2 DAYS LATER (after a 40 minute drive 1-way) to find more people leaning on and eating at the customer reception counter and that my order had not only not been completed, IT HAD NOT BEEN STARTED! When I questioned this, this person could only reason that she had emailed me about an issue with the order. She didn't seem to have answers to anything pertaining to ths transaction. The mind of this low vibrational individual did not cue her to think, "Perhaps over the course of 2 DAYS...since it is a weekend when many people do not check email...maybe I should pick up the phone to discuss the order with the customer since I have not received a reply about it." I requested to have my payment refunded and for my property (the shirt) to be returned to me. I needed to retrieve my original payment card from the car, and astonishingly, in a futile attempt to wield some sort of power, the gal refused to initially return my property (my shirt) to me! She held it hostage!!! The horrendous lack of quality service by these people is laughable (not to mention there having ultimately been 3 staffers eating at the customer counter while dealing with customers)!! I can only hope that this business does not depend on whoever this decorum-less girl is for it's growth & survival. I, for one, will never do business with them again, and I would caution any potential buyer to beware!
