Love this place! Best quality of protein around! Not to mention the hospitality that Chefry and the others give! We no longer purchase protein from other providers. I also have to add in that Stanley is so kind and helpful! Glad to see him at this location! He truly has a passion for his job, the quality of product and people!

Place is grossly overpriced. The fact they’re selling some of the same exact items as wild fork but charging 40% more should be a crime. They have the same exact ground meats priced 50% more and even things like the snails. Same exact box you get in wild fork. Almost double the price. A place to avoid for sure.

High quality meat at reasonable prices! Grilled a pork rack last night from A Cut Above and it was the best I have ever had. And the staff was extremely helpful. I'll be back!

Ian and Marty are top-notch guys that genuinely enjoy serving their customers, which is rare today (no pun intended). The dry-aged steaks are just as nice. On one particular trip, they had an aged piece of ribeye that was not for sale. Not many are seeking a 100+-day aged cut of beef. I grabbed it, and also picked up 30-day and 60-day cuts, both ribeyes.The 30-day was delicious, but not as tuned as 60-day. The 60-day was the best balance of nutty and blue cheese, but you really need to enjoy the dry-aged flavors to appreciate this cut. The 100+-day was super funky but a sensation for the taste buds. While enjoyable, I would only recommend it in small doses. I have attached pics of the 60-day and 100+-day, pre- and post-trimming . If you enjoy dry-aged, I highly recommend trying it, if only for the experience.For those that don't like dry-aged beef, they have plenty of fresh beef and fish options. If I could add one thing to the wish-list, it would be additional pork options. For example, I would love to see freshly stuffed sausage, Benton's bacon, and European salumi.Keep up the great work guys!

Such high quality meat and seafood amazing selection. And Ian provides the BEST customer service experience. Even when I first started using them for my yacht provisions Ian was always so on top of everything and ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY. Highly recommend Ian and a cut above for your yacht provisions or even at home ian gives great advice and recommendations and always handles any size order with the most care and professionalism!
