I tried using the air machine to put air in my tires and the machine ate took $1.75 in quarters and 2 dimes and a nickel. Since the machine apparently only uses quarters (there is no sign that says that), I went inside to change a dollar bill into quarters. I got back to the machine, put the extra quarter in and nothing. The machine was reset to $0. I lost $2.25 already, so I decided to use my credit card, to find out the machine did not allow me to select the air option. I tried the other machine and it was the same. I then proceeded to speak with the clerk about what had happened and he said he could not refund me any money because the machine was handled by a third-party service. He said to call the number on the machine, but there wasn't any. what a rip-off. In addition, my credit card was charged $2.50.

Checked lotto ticket said it was not a winner but never gave the ticket back with the stub saying not a winner! I didn't even hear the machine when he checked it! Not a fan of this location, should have read the reviews for this place before I ever went. . . The poor customer service is resounding!!

Tried to use the car vacuum. Useless. Tried to get money back through the cashier. They said nope. Told me to call the number on the machine. They don’t answer. Asked the cashier to put an out of service sign on them. They said nope, people will just take them down. They also said the machines are not theirs even though it says 7-Eleven right on the machine. They simply don’t care. I lost $2.50, which is nothing really. But it is the principal of it. It is a rip off, and they know it. I will not go back to this 7-Eleven and I will never use a CSC machine again. It is a scam.

I've never had an issue at this gas station, the reason I'm knocking off a star is because the workers seem to always be bothered and the gas itself runs out very quickly compared to other places I've filled up. I like how stocked the store always is and I always find some cool new drinks or snacks while I'm here! Working close by makes it easy for me to run into here in break and grab soemthing. The pizza at this location in the hot food section is usually good, however I stay clear of it because I'm not sure how long it sits out there! The prices on the soda machine are great and I usually get a giant coke zero for a couple bucks which lasts me the rest of the work day! I like that they have an insane amount of snacks and on more than one occasion I've grabbed some protein bars because they always have unique flavors here that end up being good! Staff could be a little more friendly for sure but thankfully when I get here I know what I want and where it is because this place is always perfectly stocked and clean!

Came here to put air in my tire. I didn’t know how to work the machine so I went inside to ask for assistance. There was a man there who looked like the manager/supervisor (pop belly fellow) so I asked him. He gave me vague instructions, never offering to come and help (although there were other employees in the store who could maintain inside). I went back outside, following his instructions, and still wasn’t working so I went back inside. He proceeded to give me more instructions. I asked if he could come out and assist in which he responded that they do not assist with the machine because it is owned by a third party and that he has been cussed by customers & insulted in the past for trying to assist. Really?! So you refuse to do your job (serve customers) because others have disrespected you? Did I disrespect you? No! Lucky there was a gentleman who pulled up to get air and happily helped me. Thanks for nothing. Y’all suck.

The lady who works the night shift lock the doors all the time. I come to this gas station every night and one night I asked her why she lock the door many times because she is loosing clients and making this store lose money, and she told me she doesn’t care if the clients leave. That’s no good!!

terrible staff. i go to get quick car wash and the machine and everything seems to be working perfectly fine (there’s no cones and the machines are all on) so i pay and the machine just doesn’t start so i go inside and the women goes “oh your the 3rd person to complain about the wash TODAY” and i’m like no worries can i just get a refund and she goes no i can’t give you one. I find it ridiculous and to be honest if one person complained about the wash then they should’ve went out and closed it not leave it open so more people can go and waste their money!!

Went to put air in my tire and I put 6 quarters in and it doesn't turn on , so I go inside and they tell me it's broken there is tape over the Air sign I said yes on the left side but not the one on the right so any normal person would amuse it's working. I told him he needs to put tape over the part that takes coins he lied and said people take it off. Refused to give me my money back saids it's not theirs funny cause that's not what the machine saids so he lied again what a shocker. Been a customer for years but me and my family will use Shell across the street from now on
