This location literally has the rudest employees I've ever seen in 35 years of shopping at 711. The one female employee wears jeans with holes in her butt area and tries to sell you things and if you don't buy it she gives you the biggest attitude. I asked another female employee for the manager and she asked what for and wouldn't get them for me. Never in my life have I experienced such rude store employees.

They never have anything in the bakery area in the morning, no matter what time you go. When you ask then about it, they just give you this look. I just stopped going there, and now I go to different 7 11 a little farther but great service. This one sucks

Bathroom is *wait for it* BROKEN NOTE: Dear 7-11, I’m an Uber driver tired of not getting to use a bathroom when I finally make myself stop and it’s not a great area, bathrooms are 90% “out of order” in these places. You are in a hospitality setting. EVERY PERSON WHO WALKS INTO YOUR STORE IS A HUMAN BEING! Whether they are poor or not!!!

June 4th 2024, I went to 7-eleven around 8:50-9:10 the first time I went was to get a drink because my throat was dry I just got discharged from the emergency room at imperial point so I got the drink go wait at the stop sign for the bus I was to tired for the bus I said let me walked back to 7-eleven to add 11 dollars on cashapp to get a ride home so I arrived at 7-eleven it’s was an order lady she had a low cut hair and she didn’t have a name tag I told her I want to add money on cashapp she said it’s goes up to 500 I said I already know how much I can add and can’t add on the card cashapp let you know the amount is 5-500 dollars so the lady kept going back and forth talking the amount you have to put it’s 20 I said no this not the first time I’m adding money plus I work at 7-eleven I had the uniform on I was at work when I fainting called the ambulance and I’m in pain I’m letting you know I need to add money to get home oh I’m just trying to help you you got to put 20 I said I’m not going to argue with you while I’m in pain I walked to Walgreens add my 10 dollars with no problem they didn’t tell me what amount I need to put on my own cashapp. I believe it’s a franchise store you guys got to get them employees right. I work at 7 eleven a convenience store at that East Atlantic

I was followed around the store by a man that appeared to be "stocking" the shelves on each aisle I went on without adding anything to the shelf.
Rude cashier with the short hair and thick glasses. She threw my poptarts!

There needs to be a serious investigation done by the franchiser themselves into the conduct of not only the employees but also the owner. If it’s so bad I will drive a couple miles away to a different 7/11 there is a very crucial problem. Not to mention taking the time out of my day to bring awareness to other customers and the company itself.

I used to come and get a slice of pizza here for a $1.50. now it's two bucks and it's half the size plus they don't have a bathroom for you. You people can f*** off. You won't get any of my money

If you’re a woman DO NOT go in here alone at night. I went in with someone else but any time one of the workers saw me alone he would creep up to me and start whispering to me. He followed me around the whole store creeping and watching me pick out snacks. If i looked at him he wouldn’t even look away would just creepily stare or try to talk to me. I had a sweatshirt on and shorts so I can only imagine if girls go there in a cute outfit on a night out. If I was alone I would have felt genuinely scared. I told the other guy at the front and he didn’t seem to care. Just acted dumb. Theres a lady that works there thats really nice so sorry to her for the bad review but I will never go there again. Stop hiring creeps please
