Update - Owner reached out, apologized and fixed the problem. I wish every small business owner ran their business like this. Receptive, admitted they screwed up and made it right. This was my first experience with First Wave , and I’ll definitely come back now.
Called to inquire whether they had a particular disposable in stock. I was assured they did, so I drove 25 minutes in awful FTL traffic, only to get there and she says “oh, I thought we had it but we don’t,” having clearly already have looked for it. Totally could have called me back and saved me 50 minutes of my life I’ll never get back, but I digress. Please tell your employees to do better.

I recently went to this vape shop for a new vape but wasn’t sure what I wanted but Lisa was there to accommodate my every need I found a new vape flavor that I love an she sold me on a Mellow fellow that is fantastic I highly recommend this shop especially if Lisa is there she is truly the best!!!
