Came here for my prescription and they said they would order it and to come back in two days, when I came back they still didn’t have it. I had to go to a different pharmacy. Walgreens service has become the worst and I’m switching pharmacy, avoid Walgreens.

Always fast, always friendly! In addition they’ve always let me know if I can save money on my prescriptions. Of course I like the convenience of nationwide support and being able to refill anywhere but this location is my main store.Last week I refilled in San Francisco and it was a seamless easy transaction. At Walmart they make you transfer the prescription even for a refill. Walgreens just refills it.

Rude staff; does not provide helpful services; pharmacists not helpful; pharmacists takes time off and doesn't notify customers who need to pick up medication. Medication is often out and wait time is unnecessary

The pharmacist was awesome. They were helpful and polite. Michael, in the drive thru, he was amazing and very kind. They offer very fast rapid COVID testing. We got our results within 2 hours. We were about to give up and then we came here and they helped us out.

They don’t honor an appointment. They will allow an hour of walkins to take over your appointment making you run late. Because they can not schedule their time right.

Apparently, it is Walgreens "company policy" to STEAL from its customers, no matter how loyal they have been for many years. I had to return a defective Walgreens brand medical device for which I no longer had the receipt, but the purchase was located by the cashier using my Walgreens Rewards account. Because I didn't have the receipt, I could only receive credit, which was fine because I needed to get other things. In addition to using up all of the credit amount, my total purchase went over $14.69, which I paid in CASH. When outside the store, I looked at the receipt and discovered that I got charged the wrong price for one of the items, which on the shelve clearly indicated a lesser/sale price. In addition, I got charged for one extra laundry detergent. I had taken 3, but the cashier scanned 4. Right away, I went back into the store to return those two items. The return amount for the two items was $13.89. Rather than getting my CASH back, Walgreens FORCED me to only get a credit. So, not only was I robbed by getting charged for one additional item that I did not take and also by getting charged the wrong higher price than advertised for the other item, Walgreens KEPT MY CASH, thereby forcing me to use it as credit in their store. After holding on the phone to speak with a Customer Service agent for almost two hours, I reported the matter and was told that someone would get back to me regarding this...no one did!

The pharmacy workers have a horrible predisposition to not help out. They have been giving me excuses and excuses, day after day and I understand there are rules and regulations but there’s always something that can be done when it comes to the well being of a sick person. My father has cancer and is in constant pain, they wouldn’t give me his medication because i forgot my id thought i come here multiple times to pick up medication for him. I left and came back and there were still 5 minutes before their closing time and I was told to come back the next day. Now my father has to go without his pain medication for another day until i am able to get it.

I came to this Walgreens because I was in Florida City, just finished eating at the Waffle House. I came in for one reason and one reason along: find tennis balls. Why you ask? Do I play tennis? No! See I recently bought some new bed sheets and also I wanted to fluff some of my pillows. Seems if you put them in with tennis balls in the dryer, they get really fluffy. It actually works... anyway I was wondering where I could get some and I remembered when I was in grade school you could find them in Walgreens (I used to buy them during grade school when my friends and i played a game called burn ball... ahh fond childhood memories)... and I wondered if that was still the case. I came in and wouldn't you know it, found them! Anyway I walked around the rest of the store, common Walgreens but everything was neat and orderly and in place. Got in line and was quickly out the door. Mission accomplished!
