I inquired about 2 rear wheel seals. After getting a nice quote, I was informed to drop off my Jeep on a Thursday morning. After doing so, I called to inquire about the progress and I was informed that they could not get both seals delivered. They asked me to leave it for Friday, after doing so I called them again to inquire about the status of my jeep. They said they did not order the gear oil for it and it won't be ready till late Friday. After my wife paid for thier services and drove it to my job, I noticed a bad odor of gear oil. The next day my brakes were locking up and my ABS lights came on. I looked underneath the back of jeep and noticed it leaking gear oil. My wife called them and informed them of the issue with the seal, they told her they can't do anything til Monday,they were too busy to fix something they didn't fix right the first time. I took it to a different mechanic that was close to my location and they informed me to get 2 new axels since the damage that was done required a replacement for both sides, along with a caliber and brake shoes since the gear oil ruined them. I was refunded what I paid for the services. I ended up paying more than I was quoted due to other issues that needed desperate repairs. I was informed by the new mechanic that the seals and bearings were not replaced as required for that type of service. The new mechanic took pictures and gave me the old parts that shows the damaged areas.
