Anabelzy went so far out of her way to help me find some nice clothes to wear.I just cannot say enough good things about her customer service. Very kind and very sweet went into the back Two times to find a jacket that would fit me. Amazing customer service thank you.

Yesterday, 07/01/2023, I went to the store to change some flip flops that had come off and after explaining the situation to a manager (girl), she asked an employee to look for me to change them, while waiting change, a supposed manager (male) arrived with arrogance and very bad behavior, denying me the exchange of the product, discrediting me in front of the other buyers, calling me a liar, that I had bought those flip-flops for five dollars, and even so seeing that the ticket I had the price paid by my aunt at 30 dollars, how is he going to deny me if the ticket reflected that amount and he didn't have another discount ticket? Also very bad manners on his part, where are the professionals who train for proper customer service? What a lack of ethics on the part of the supposed manager and airing the situation in front of the other buyers.
That happened at Nautica Outlet in Florida City around 2pm.

Yesterday, January 8, I was in the store when a customer went to return a product that had been removed with its label and the manager denied it and said that he could not exchange the product, and I had a very bad impression because In reality they were with his price and had been purchased in the store, and it is assumed that a store like Náutica, all the workers must have ethics and not that he participated in the discussion in front of all the costumers, instead of taking the client aside to resolve the situation, I left and didn't buy anything, it was disappointing.
