poor customer service, on my visit on 11/07/24 I went to buy a microwave, unfortunately I did not find a salesperson to help me, I asked the front desk for help and the only thing they told me was that they only had 2 salespeople and that they were with other customers. This after making me wait for 45 minutes for someone he sent me to help me with my purchase.
Thank you for replying to my review so quickly. I hope that on my next visit to my best buy location, they will provide service as fast as your response.

I recently took my well-maintained iPad to Best Buy for a trade-in, and the experience was absolutely appalling. The initial online quote was fair, but in-store, they offered me a fraction of the promised amount, claiming it had “major wear and tear” despite it being in excellent condition.
The worst part was dealing with the store manager. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. When I questioned the low offer, he dismissed me with a condescending attitude and refused to provide a clear explanation. It was clear he just wanted to get rid of me rather than offer any meaningful assistance.
Best Buy’s trade-in service is a complete scam, and the unprofessional behavior of the store manager only made the experience worse. Avoid trading in your devices here unless you want to be undervalued and treated disrespectfully.

I needed a charger for my computer while in the keys, so I drove over to Florida City and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Extra shout out to our cashier, Alejandro, who helped me test the charger behind his desk after we purchased it before we started the 30 minute journey back home!

Service was good. I needed someone to unlock a cabinet for me and I was helped right away. The store was not very busy at the time.

Asked for help and was told someone would be with me In Just a minute. 30 mins later and a few stares my way by a group of employees drinking coffee. No help. Walked out.

Went to get an apple dongle, online said it was available but there wasn’t any in the cages… a team member, I believe his name is Danny? really did try his best to look for the one I needed, saw him running all over the place, he did find me a similar one, he apologized because it was more expensive than the Apple one, but honestly didn’t mind lol… just a tad let down because online and his stock said there was plenty of them.
Also the rest of the staff was helpful and kind.
