Customer service is key to any business, and in this case, they made no effort to provide adequate service or make me feel valued as a customer. “I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.”

I knew exactly what I wanted so the sales representative was able to take me straight to what I asked for. The transaction process was a breeze and I was not forced to purchase anything additional. Our recliner was also delivered a day earlier than scheduled which worked out perfectly.

I needed a refrigerator immediately, went to their store,bought one,they deliver but they do not remove old one,now I have to pay someone to haul old one away,and I believe they sent me floor model.

I have shopped here for a long time and have always experience great customer service to the fullest. Very knowledgeable staff, and Esmeralda helped me find exaclty what i was looking for. This definitely is the best store to find all what you need for your home.

Worst company ever !!! If I can give - 0 stars I would !!!! Wouldn’t recommend or buy again!!! Cheap furniture that doesn’t last even a year !!!!!! My couch broke due to it being made cheap and they said a technician would come and they’ve rescheduled my service 5 times already due to him being sick and he’s the only technician supposedly !!!!! Super IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! Would never buy anything from here again!!!!!!UPDATE : Lucas the supervisor was able to work with me and get the problem resolved ! Thank you so much!! As far as ( reliable furniture ) you guys are very Unreliable and a waist of time !!! Unprofessional and beyond irresponsible!!

Babcock sucks I do not recommend them at all I never had my room to myself but when I did get it To myself, my mom decided to Give me a Is room make over Then I decided to choose this bedset when we first got to deliver it the first time. It has scratches on the headboard and the dresser which that was delivered on a wednesday of july 2023 The saturday that following week, they brought a new set, which also had scratches, which was a second time The customer service sucks my mom had to keep calling it a multiple times and lied that manager wasn't there When my mom acts to get her money back which she paid cash for the kept telling she couldn't be the pictures weren't good Enough What's the delivery man took and there was a problem with the rail and my mom has back pain so She couldn't lift the mattress to take a picture and the lady captain, my mother. Oh, since you don't want to take a picture, you can get your money back which it wasn't going to. Mom didn't want to, it's that she couldn't.0 out of 10 do not recommend. And they just had to take everything bc of how they keep bring the Furniture back in bad condition
