I knew exactly what I wanted so the sales representative was able to take me straight to what I asked for. The transaction process was a breeze and I was not forced to purchase anything additional. Our recliner was also delivered a day earlier than scheduled which worked out perfectly.

I needed a refrigerator immediately, went to their store,bought one,they deliver but they do not remove old one,now I have to pay someone to haul old one away,and I believe they sent me floor model.
