Discount prices. Good selection of snacks and some frozen food. As most of the stuff is post date, I asked the cashier if they stand behind their products. That is, if something is spoiled or Rancid because it is post-date will they replace it or refund. The cashier said no They do not Replace or refund if they've sold you a bad/inedible product. He said they get it in and don't check if it's good, Once you've bought it that's it. This is the first discount grocery that I have been to that does not stand behind their sales. What a shame. Buyer beware!3/14. Store owner says they have no male employees. This was a young guy who checked me out, average build, brown hair, looked like young adult age. You must have a short memory, a huge turnover in your employees, or some rando filling in for lunchtime.. And he was very poorly trained since he does not know your policy, I said we should call the boss and he, looked like a deer in the headlights,said he did not have a phone number-- we could not call anyone to check on the return policy. Sounded bogus to me. Not my circus, not my monkeys, but if I were you, I would want to know who is minding the store and has his hand in the cash register...Fake? I have no dog in the fight. You don't recognize photos of your store that I posted when I shopped? Need more?If you can't handle an honest review, maybe you should post your return policy in store...instead of having to post it here as a rebuttal.

As the owner of SaveSmart, I think the following post by Sharon Burgess is fake. We do not have any male employees and we certainly check dates if product and we offer returns as well.

My first trip there! Wonderfully impressed! Lots of selections! Lots of canned cat food when Amazon was posting 2 week delays! Great decadent cakes in the freezer - found Carrot cake & Double Chocolate!!!! Also frozen Seafood & cut up veggies (3 bags for $10 - any variety) Steaks! Seafood! Amazing deals! Seasoned Pork Loins $4.99 & $7.99

I sit at home and make my list using their Facebook advertisements which they make several posts a day on. Staff is helpful and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner - awesome lady! Prices and selection are wonderful
