Our pet yellow lab had her first appointment at Vetco yesterday. Everything was topnotch. Dr. Davis, Allison and Ashley took perfect care of our furry family member. This Vecto location will now be our go-to animal hospital.

Would give no stars if I could, they don't care about your pet you pay for analysis that they never even give you and then your cat gets sicker because they never even properly checked what was wrong with them, now I have to take my cat to another vet and pay even more money because yall don't care about animals!!

Vetco veterinarian clinic located inside of Petco was an awesome experience for me and my dog Moses. Moses suffers from allergies and frequent ear infections. I decided to make a visit because they had a special where you did not have to pay for the visit. I learned more and one hour at Vetco than I did for the last two years with my previous veterinarian. Autumn the office manager, was highly knowledgeable on my dog’s condition and after taking her advice and getting the right food for my dog and some medicine to get him back on track he is like a New Dog. Thank you so much Vetco for taking the time to really hear the problems I was having with my French Bulldog. I appreciate your services so much. Now I can enjoy my dog without the constant licking and chewing of his feet. I would highly recommend Vetco in Fleming Island.

Even though your location was short-staffed and there was a little wait, it was totally worth it for the experience. Your employees showed great compassion towards my big dog, who had an ear infection. We were visiting family and had to come here in a pinch. I would definitely come back if needed.

First time bringing my pet to Vetco, and I must say I was very impressed. Fast service and knowledgeable staff. I like that you earn points too. I have five pets, so rewards/discounts are gladly accepted ? They took good care of my baby Luna.

Came to look at aquatic plants on a Sunday at 1pm waited to be helped for 20 mins tried to find an associate finally went to the register asked for a manager turns she was running the register and had only one other employee in the store 10 mins later still never got waited on I left I relayed my visit to the manager she did not seem to care at all went to pet supermarket on Blanding in and out in 15 mins will never ever go to this place again .

Dr. Cargill is simply amazing.We recently had to put our Max down but prior to that, she helped us figure out all possibilities and because of that we were able to prolong his life for an additional 6 or so months.When we brought our Max in this past week, we knew we would be saying goodbye and everyone that was working was so kind and understanding.They did not rush us or the process.

Jimmy is excellent, kind and brilliant. We rely on his skills for labs and so much more. He has exuded kindness to us when our pets are facing Rainbow Bridge. We have had many pets in the past 3 years that were at the last stage of life. Jimmy was there for us during each and every time. Jimmy is the best vet tech that we have ever known. We have had over 20 pets and have volunteered for animal rescues for 30 years. We truly admire Jimmy's lab skills and know with that our pets are in good hands with every procedure. His skills, honesty and integrity are remarkable. Dr. Cargill, is perfect in every way! Every diagnoses has been on target with our numerous pets and rescues. Every surgery has been masterful. We are grateful that this brilliant surgeon is at this facility. She exudes warmth and kindness. We trust her with our beloved pets more than any other vet. Dr. Cargill and Jimmy are the Dream Team at Thrive. They are the reason that people trust Thrive with their pets. Corrine and Anna welcome us like we are family. They are incredibly busy, but take the time to help us and our pets every step of the way. It is extremely important to have a strong support team. Their kindness and warmth are exactly what is needed. So many support staff have come and gone in the last few years. Many doctors and vet techs have left also. Please reward them handsomely with raises, promotions and praise. They are the loving embraces that keep people returning with their pets. Chuck's excellent reputation in the pet community is unmatched. We are ecstatic that he is there to support the Dream Team! Please reward him handsomely too. We are just starting to get to know Annalise. She assisted with one of our rescues when he needed his leg amputated. We are thankful that she is there to support the Dream Team with praise and kindness. We thank her for her encouragement and support when we have to make difficult decisions.
