Today, I went over there to try and resolve an issue with a package that I shipped through Mercari. The black woman at the front (middle age, bob wig) dismissed me at first with contacting another USPS store about the issue. I left, did some research on my own, then came back in to get the contact information for the other USPS store. This woman had the nerve to shout at me, "Ma'am, why are you back in the line?!" As of I have no right to come back in for more information on my situation. After some talking, I found out it was an issue with the label I used. But the audacity of someone to be that blatantly rude towards me is disgusting. I said it before and it bears repeating: if you hate your job, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON OTHER PEOPLE. QUIT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.It's not that hard to soften up, plaster a smile on your face and assist the customer. Even if you sense that the customer is upset about something. Even if there's not much you can do.LEARN TO BE FRIENDLY, PEOPLE. IT'S NOT HARD.

I went to this location 2 weeks ago to drop off prepaid packages. Waited 20 min line all to here the African American lady at the counter said she cant scan it and give me a receipt and that I have to use the self service machine for a receipt or just leave it. I guess she must think its my first time at the Post Office. I spend thousands of dollars a year sending packages thru USPS. Remember when they were almost about to shut down and then came eCommerce to save the day and save their jobs!!! I will be making a formal complaint to the Post Master General since she refused to work while on duty. Disgraceful!

It was my mistake that I didn't read the reviews about this place regarding passports. I don't recommend this place for anything, especially passports. Ridiculous waste of an hour.

Well, now I know why there are so many terrible reviews on this post office regarding passports. Do not go here for passports go to another location. I originally scheduled my appointment online in mid December and had confirmation of this. I was called one hour before my appointment by the “passport supervisor“ When she told me that, unfortunately, they are shortstaffed and she will not be able to do my appointment which is in one hour. She told me she was very apologetic and she said please stop in anytime next week. I said, what time would you like me to come by? She said anytime during normal Business hours and she will be sure to take care of me as she is sorry for the inconvenience. Well, I just went in there and was told by the lady at tllace that there are other appointments and I cannot be seen and I can come back in two hours, as she is trying to work with me. Two hours does not work. this is a terrible way to run a post office and this is why UPS and FedEx and other facilities are taking over USPS because of the absolute poorly run facilityUpdate: already got my 8 family members going on vacation with me to go get their passport at different locations around town and make sure no one else wastes their day like I did at this terrible place

Seeing all the negative reviews of this branch made me apprehensive on my trip over but since the majority of them seemed to be about passports and I was there to send a package I thought I'd give it a try. I went early so the wait wasn't long for me but the line did grow shortly after I got there, however the people working there seemed to be very efficient with the process. I had some questions about international shipping and the gentleman helping me was very polite and patient. I did happen to hear someone come in asking about passports, and while I understand the frustration of going there thinking it can be done only to learn you'd have to suddenly make room in your schedule to drive another 15-20 minutes to do it elsewhere, I thought the woman who helped them was also very polite and and she kindly informed them of the court house. Still, that information should be updated to avoid the confusion if they don't provide that service anymore. Either that or maintain a consistent schedule for when it can be done. I'm not sure what the story is there.

Avoid this post office at all costs. They are unorganized, and the service desk ladies are extremely rude. Just needed to submit my passport application and I felt like I was entirely unwanted or a burden.

This is the second time I have gone in and this lady is always rude, looks unhappy and extremely not helpful. I have had no problems with any of the 3 other employees who have been super kind and helpful. This is a black woman (Not Bianca) working at 4pm today 9/22/23. I simply had 2 QR codes to be scanned for 2 small packages and she told me I had to do it myself and refused to service me, I would have been in and out super fast instead she was rude and always had a negative tone when speaking to me. I hope her boss sees this because this is a recurring thing with her specifically meanwhile her other coworkers do an amazing job !

According to their website, this location accepts walk-ins for passports. This is false. Additionally, the gentleman at the service desk for the post office stated he has no idea who posted the hours for passports, nor when she will show up to process passports. Wasted my time. Update your hours USPS and have accurate information on your website. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Sadly the government is still a monopoly for some mail functions. The people at this location were awful! One was incompetent and the other didn't want to do anything. Sad how badly the post office is run.

I have had a P.O. box at this location since 2014. I had a case of missing important mail back in April(that was an ordeal and never got resolved). Came in June 27th since I forgot my P.o. box key and needed to get mail I was expexting and the guy at the counter (has always been rude) told me I had to pay for another key. I told him that I have never had to, he said it's always been that way. Well the service used to be good years ago but that Pandemic changed things for the worse all around. May have to change locations soon.

Passport lady goes on break whenever she feels leaving you to wait. If you schedule an appointment she shouldn’t be on a break at the time of your appointment. I asked the guy doing packages if anyone was working in the passport office he’s like just have a seat and she will be with your shortly in a rude manor. The lady can be super sweet and also very rude. I’ve been a couple times to do passports for my family. Every time having to wait while she’s on break during my scheduled appointment time. Something needs to be done about this office.

They claim to try to deliver packages so they don’t have to come to the location. Happened multiple times and I work from home. No you did not attempt to deliver . Not once.
