I recently went into The UPS Store to print programs and menus for a fundraising event. The team, especially Chris and Jorge, was professional, helpful, and efficient. They took the time to help me adjust design files and ensure everything printed to my standards. Thanks for your attention to detail.

I drop off several boxes or more several times-a-day. The place is almost always busy but they always seem to have the right amount of staff to keep everything moving at a steady pace. The extra scanners to check in with already preprinted labels on packages is great and the combination of everything gets me out usually in seconds. I've always been treated professional and so has my wife. These are small offices that do many services. I don't ship anything USPS anymore, Too much lost items. During Christmas holidays I shipped 50 items and had no issues with UPS or this store

If you're not going to honor your posted hours then why be in business??? The community relies on accurate information. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get here by 3:25. Google maps and the hours on your storefront say that you are open until 4:00 p.m. VERY disappointing business practices.

I've never had an issue with the employees. But whoever recently took over the store and increased the prices for basic printing is absolutely insane. Shows how greedy this world is getting

Do not come here for Amazon returns. There's always a line out the door and the employees cannot be bothered at all the chaos. Employees here DO. NOT. CARE.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service I received there was truly unbelievable. Lori and Dorthy were extremely rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. It started on the phone where I was hung up on for asking questions, it seemed that I was inconveniencing them for inquiring more information. At the location, I was presented with the same attitude. I was given inconsistent information and when trying to clarify the miscommunication, both Lori and Dorthy were very impatient and rude. Lori said she was the manager there but she could not assist me with the service I was inquiring bc “that’s not what she was assigned to do that day”I was taken back by the poor customer service.This resulted in Lori stepping away to help another customer and complaining about me while I was standing there, at that point I left.

The UPS store in Fleming Island is in an ideal location. The staff is fast, polite, helpful and professional. One is in and out quickly.

I’ve been to many UPS locations around town in this by far was the best experience. The store was extremely busy due to holiday shipping but they ran it like a well oiled machine. I was in and out after needing assistance with three different transactions that included packaging and Lori was so friendly and helpful!

This ups store in my opinion has the most HELPFUL, and KIND staff. Yes there was a bit of wait, which I expected because of the time of the year that we are in,but the wait took a little longer because there was an unpleasant, rude customer at the register struggling to understanding the simple Amazon return instructions. The employee assisting her was soft spoken and patient, and the customer treated this poor soul like dirt. The supervisor who stepped in asset the situation took her to the other register and went on to helping her out. I thought she would have calmed down by now but she didn't, she began cursing and yelling. This had nothing to do with the staff whatsoever and had everything to do with her. Her lack of understanding and frustration got the best of her and this ended her up having to leave the store. Come on people, we are all adults here. let's be kind, patient, and reasonable when we are in an establishment. I'm sure the other customers and the staff will appreciate it.Thank you to all of the employees here at the Fleming Island ups store for the hard work that you do.
