1 star due to the pricing of printing a simple pre-paid shipping label. Had an amazon return and the cost of shipping was covered by Amazon. I only needed to have the label printed at the store. The cost to print the label was $5.36. Most UPS stores charge $1 or print for no cost.

We requested our daughter-in-law to send a package from this location using a label we had already paid for from our business account, which was $45. However, she was charged an additional $45 because she used a UPS box reprint a label, even though this cost is usually included at other locations because we have a business UPS account. The manager, Chris, assured us that what they have to pay for customers, we have to pay for as well. No point in having a business account with UPS, or maybe its just this location.

My wife is handicapped lady behind counter was very rude and unhelpful!!!! This was very disconcerting. I will not be back to this location!!!!!

Chris went above and beyond to help me with tracking a package. Checked entire store, checked online and even called me the next day with updates! He has assisted me since that scenario and was just as awesome!!

In today’s world where customer service is nonexistent, this store is a breath of fresh air! Why go anywhere else!
