I want to recognize Austin, Roy, Linnea, Brang and Loren. They are always very helpful. When I ask for something special they make it for me. Always smiling, always service minded. It's a pleasure shopping here. I love shopping here because of the people.

Back in the day on their chicken and ground beef deal the stuff they would grind up in the back to make the ground chuck would make me laugh, would certainly never have bought ground beef from here back then, that and my boss and co-workers treated me pretty unfairly

Oh my this place is in desperate need of cleaning. The splash guards are nasty looking, the entire area where they have the salad and warm chicken looks like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. A sample picture was placed of the many placed that need cleaning. How does the food stay clean? Lighting is dim now.

Love the eclectic stuff and the sushi. $5 sushi Thursday is sweet....And now they have fish, chicken and pork deals...It is always a pleasure shopping here. They are quick to see to your needs...This is the Publix of small grocery stores

Whether you need fresh ingredients for cooking, premade foods, or ready-to-cook, Fresh Market has it all. Always delicious! Very helpful staff. Highly recommend the Bistro meal for an easy fast dinner

This is a five star place until today. I have zero desire to write this but I cannot help myself. I got in line tonight to check out and a deli kid leaving work beat me. He was trying to buy something simple but forgot his badge. He asked ladies at counter__ if he could give number and they said no. They said need badge. He was obviously ADHD and motivated! I asked….. are you kidding me it’s someone working for the store could not get a discount! Team fail. I’m gonna spend less money at this Fleming island store based on the experience I had with the woman behind the counter. You charge over price so don’t give me Walmart support.

Poor Customer Service, specifically an employee of Fresh Market hung up the phone on me before our conversation was finished! This conversation was held approximately at 0745 before the store was opened. My point being here is what employee is that rude before the work day even starts???Specifics: Last Sunday I placed an order for a large party platter of wings. I physically went to the store and turned in my form request. I was planning on picking up the wings on Tuesday at 6:30 pm. Plans changed so on Tuesday, around 1:30 I called and spoke w/ a male manager (I did not obtain his name as I did not think that was necessary). I asked what time the store opened and could I pick up the wings on Wednesday at 0800 so I could be in/out the door quickly. You see I had an event as I had explained that I needed to be at no later than 0845 and still had to drive over the Buckman bridge. The manager said this would be fine and I then specifically asked when would the wings be prepared, late evening on Tuesday or Wednesday am? The manager stated that the crew would prepare the wings before closing on Tuesday, store them, and they would be ready for immediate pick up Wednesday am. On Wednesday am, I drove over to Fresh Market and at 0745 standing outside the entrance I called to inquire if I could pick up the wings a few minutes early given I was told they would be ready. The employee who answered the phone has a harsh and impatient tone from the beginning of the conversation. She told me the wings were cooking but I told her I spoke w/ a manager the day before and the wings were ready. She hastily questioned me for the name of the manager. I told her I did not know. She put me on hold for several minutes, came back, and said, "the wings are cooking and they won't be ready until 0800." I said again that I expected the wings would be ready as promised but she continued in an aggressive tone to question me for the manager's name. I replied again that I did not know except for that it was a male manager and I'm sure it could be identified if she were to look at the schedule for the day before around 1:30 pm. This conversation was very useless to me and frustrating that I was being questioned by an employee with such a harsh and angry tone especially first thing in the am:( I said to Jenny that I would have to cancel my order since the wings were not ready as I had to be somewhere and she HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME!!!!! I could not believe that an employee would be this rude to a customer especially first thing in the morning. I left and went to Publix. As soon as I got to the Publix deli the ladies were smiling and greeted me. I explained what had happened and they apologized for that behavior at Fresh Market. I was treated with kindness and they quickly boxed wings for me on the spot without question. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I thanked them and made sure to call the manager at Publix later that am to send my appreciation to his employees. The employees at Publix display what customer service should emulate. Much appreciated and went on my way and was able to arrive at my event on time and with delicious Publix chicken wings. I tried to handle this situation by phone later in the am w/ another Fresh Market manager (female) but she seemed like she was trying to justify the employee's questioning me of the manager's name and said she would talk to Jenny. That seemed slighted to me so I felt the need to write this review.

Received half dead bouquet of daffodils as a gift. Told to return for refund or replacement. Went to store and then was told to get in touch with instacarte. Instacarte was very helpful but fresh market was a pain in the neck. All done shopping there!

The moment me and my daughters dad walked in everybody was starting at us. The door beeped when we walked in. I didnt even want to put my hands in my pocket to grab my phone. I got the lego candy for my daughter. The guy by the pastries was nice, but once i went into the restroom they were trying to figure out what we were doing. Its the corner by the restroom. I walked by the register so they can see me and then i looked up from my phone i was next to the vault near the window. What a crazy place to out the safe. So blame the company not me. I felt like they were starring at us because we were the only darker colored folks in there. Thats insane.

My husband ordered the Filet Mignon Valentines special and all I can say is WOW. The best filet we've ever had. It came with a dozen roses, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. And topped off with delectable chocolate covered strawberries..the best we've ever had. The entire experience was so wonderful that we both said it was the best Valentines ever!

So you’re called The FRESH Market. But when I call wanting to order a $43 cheesecake, I get told “hold on, let me check the freezer.” ….. “Nope, we don’t have one. We get a truck later today, call back after 3.” Click.Just an FYI, if it was made however many days ago, shipped in and frozen, it’s not fresh. Quit misleading your customers.
