AAAARRG AAAAHHHH. DAH WOODEN SEATS, They're HORRIFICALLY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I'd like to see the ceo of the Starbucks chain sit in these for 20 or 30 minutes and see if the ceo can tell me if they are comfortable~

The worst customer service we have ever come across. The first time it happened we thought it was a fluke. The second time we knew it was the people. The first time we ordered just a tea and waited and waited. Everyone else got their order but us. We asked "hey did we get lost in the shuffle?" The barista then said I don't have a ticket I can't help u" My husband was standing there with the receipt for that drink we had ordered not 2 feet from that barista over 15 min ago. He still wouldn't get us a plain black iced tea. We went to the front cashier and apparently the machine ate the ticket. No apologies no nothing. I've never had a worse starbucks experience and that was only the first time.

I've waited a full hour in the drive thru before, so I tried coming inside. Between mobile orders, drive thru, people ordering and door dash, this place cannot handle these orders even with 5 people working. I have been waiting nearly 40 minutes and just got my danish, no coffee in sight. I will never be back. I don't think it's too much to ask to not wait an hour for coffee and to be able to drink it while my danish is still warm.

I DoorDash pretty often. I regularly have issues with missing food. I called, the girl on the phone kept talking over me and interrupting me. Pushing blame on to the driver. When I asked what their policy was to notify customers they were out of something, she said it is on the driver to ask/know this information. Huh?I called the driver as well. She said there was only one bag for me sitting on the counter so she thought the food was in the same bag as the drink like it usually is when she delivers for Starbucks. (I order enough to know that is true. Usually food and drink come in the same bag) According to the Starbucks employee my food was sitting on the counter in front of her. The bag I received said “item 1 of 1; items in order 2” The driver can’t open the bag because it is sealed, the way it’s supposed to be. So how was she supposed to know the sandwich was not in there?I don’t have issues when I go inside/through the drive thru. Only when I get delivery.The attitude of the girl on the phone has made up my mind tho. I will never be coming to this location ever again.Why would I shop somewhere where the employees get rude to frustrated customers? Like this keeps happening with only your location and I am over it.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The food & beverages are great. The employees are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is awesome. It has a comfortable lounge area, a covered outdoor seating area and a comfortable inside eating area.

I’m not the one to complain but this is hands down worst Starbucks in Jacksonville If you order online be prepared to wait another 15-20 minutes when you get here it’s absolutely ridiculous I’m not exaggerating but don’t come here if you can they are terrible at mobile order time accuracy!

My husband just went by there today to get us latte’s. I had the sugar cookie almond milk latte and he had the caramel brûlée. The worst coffee’s we have ever had from Starbucks in Fleming Island. They left the whip cream off of his. Both of our coffee’s were just blah. Mine had no taste and wasn’t sweet!!! His was cold.

My husband and I decided to stop for a quick breakfast. We went inside because we had time before our next contract. The lobby was half full at first, but we were in no rush. On 1/24/24 around 9:10am I sat and watched the 4 person Starbucks crew clear out Uber eat orders, drive thru and 25 in person orders in like 45 minutes! Like there were moving fast and working together with orders still rolling in. I was impressed with the flow the crew has! It looked like clock work. The atmosphere was good , customer service was outstanding and the food was ok! We ordered the Gouda sandwich each which tasted ok! I know they can't help the menu, but only serve. I also had an organic apple juice and hubby had a kombucha for a drink. I'm not a coffee drinker at all, but I love the smell! We will return for the superb service!!

I usually order online run in and get my fix. Today I went inside. The staff was amazing! The order was perfect, on time, and I enjoyed sitting in the cafe. Free refill, great music, and working on my smartphone was a great change of pace. I will be back?

By far, it is the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. The people that work there are very good at their job and very knowledgeable of all the beverages. My only complaint is that sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to get your drink. I can't fault any of the workers for that because anybody can see and realize that it's the sheer volume of people that come to that Starbucks. Keep up the good work, everybody!

Only come to this location because it's literally the only one on my way to my workplace. Will no longer be a regular. Come with time as 90% of the time it takes on average 15-20 minutes to receive a simple order. Customer service and order accuracy is a hit or miss. No consistency on good (not even great) service at all.
