Emily was extremely kind! I went in looking for a certain brand of makeup and shades and she helped me find everything that I needed! She even taught me some new techniques with makeup.

Emily was extremely rude. I couldn’t find the shade I was looking for so I asked if they had it and she talked to me like I was stupid for even asking. But the other employees every time I go have been very nice and helpful.

I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find a product and would have been open to suggestions. Nobody helped me. Totally off-brand for “Sephora”. When I finally made a selection that was clearly listed on sale, it didn’t ring up at register. The rude cashier said I was wrong it must be something else that was on sale. Apparently the staff didn’t take down the sign the day before and they wouldn’t honor the price even though they didn’t do their job? Yeah, I’ll stick to a “real” Sephora.

the costumer service is truly incredible! they are always there to help and the absolute sweetest! great job?? also the products are a great selection to choose from! definitely will be coming back
