When this company took over our storage company, not only did they raise our rates, but also they removed all the locking codes on facilities entry doors. I no longer felt safe to go there by myself. The company before this one we were very satisfied with and had been using them for many years.

My mother and I have stored with this well run business for over a decade. There is a peace of mind that one has when coming here - its calm and very very very clean. Both LouAnn and Jimmy are like family and lead with kindness - they are able to ask any question about how the gate works to actually finding the unit it self - as there are many ways to get turned around within the storage structure itself - I look forward to stopping in just to say hi to them as they have always been a very consistent part of our family. Thank you LeeAnne / Jimmy - you run a great space to store with ease and that is appreciated.

This is our second time having a storage unit here and I can’t recommend SRoA enough! The units are great, but Lou Ann and Jimmy are really what make this place so amazing! They are both so kind, caring and personable with amazing customer service! Going to storage is a chore for me, but seeing Lou Ann or Jimmy makes it something I look forward to!

Best "move in" offer I found. The first two months were free and the storage facility supplied the locks on both of my units. The only other thing they could have offered would be the personnel to help move, but 2 out 3 is pretty strong.

I love this storage. The people are super sweet and very helpful. They were here when I needed them. This special was amazing too much free. The facility is clean. It’s locked up and available when you need it. Great place to store your belongings.
