My daughter took me for the first time and the experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly.
Cleanliness: The shop is very well maintained. They clean as they go.

Disappointing experience. Drove 30 minutes to have a pedicure with my 6 year old. When I got there, the woman who took our appointment hadn’t booked it properly so the chair next to the child’s chair was in use. Waited for nearly 30 minutes and finally decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Worse experience. She broke two of my natural nails to the quick. So she ask how long do you want them? I have never never never had short nails. I always so medium length. She did not offer to rectify the situation at all. I have a special event and now my nails look like CRAP. First time ever I did not leave a tip. I spoke to the owner he was not concerned. Will never go back. This is a special treat for me and I look forward to it. Worse $65.00 dollars ever. Got. Home to fold laundry and my nails were snagging on all of my clothes……..

I make a 50 minute drive to this nail salon 2 times a month from Starke. The drive is so worth it, no salon in my town can compare to Salinas. Me and my sister make the drive here and refuse to go anywhere else. This place is clean, friendly, safe, and such a nice environment. We love the owner lee. He is such a comedian and so friendly and pro-women. Lots of colors and styles to choose from. My favorite thing about salinas though is they DON’T HURT me. Every other salon always nicks and cuts my cuticles and skin and then my nail beds and cuticles are sore and red for days. Not here! To me the trip is worth zero pain. They’ve done long, short, oval, almond, sqoval, stiletto, chrome… anything I ask for! Forever my fave nail place!

I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year now. I’ve had both good and bad experiences which is why I’m giving 4 stars. Like a lot of others have said the salon is beautiful and is clean. The manager always greets you in a friendly manner. They have plenty of staff so I’ve never had to wait longer than 10mins. With that being said, I really feel like your experience depends on who is doing your nails. I’ve had some not so great experiences with certain staff members who were rough and seemed like they were rushing to get done. Like today, I asked the girl if she could repaint my toes bc they looked sloppy and not what I wanted. She agreed to redo them, but I could tell she was irritated about it. She was very short and rude w me while repainting them. She didn’t even ask if I was ok with the color or if I was happy with the finished results. She just said “your done” and walked away. I’ve also had very positive experiences with some of the other workers. Vahn is awesome! She always takes her time and is very attentive to what I’m asking to have done. If I continue to come here I’ll definitely be requesting her! So overall, its a good salon but just isn’t consistent with the quality of service in all their staff.

We were sat immediately and offered complimentary drinks!! Great service from Aliya and C Vicky. And the music was nice :)

Stylist: Jona was charming, professional and did exactly what I needed. She will take the time to SOAK off your nails and not just pluck them off. Holds GREAT conversation!!

Normally I love this salon which is why I drove 1.5 hours to visit them. The last time I went I didn’t have a great experience. My nails the day after getting them done started chipping and this morning one broke. I was sitting on the couch literally not doing anything. It’s been 5 days since I got them done and now I have to go get them redone a day before graduation. Hopefully this is a one time fluke incident.

Sandy did an excellent job on my dip powder nails! The other shop I used to go to would take 2 hours to do my nails! But Sandy did it in half the amount of time and a lot better job!! I will be returning!

Absolute worst customer service. I would rather drive elsewhere and get good customer service. Here it's about how fast they can get you in and out. Not to mention while calling to make an appointment, I was hung up on twice. Been coming here for years and now that Fleming/Jax has grown in population, you just get treated like trash. So unfortunate. I encourage other locals not to put up with it. /:

my nails turned out looking okay. however service was rushed, messy, and overall not somewhere i will be returning. my finger was burned with the drill bit multiple times due to the filing underneath the nails because of sloppy application process of the acrylic. which i will be adding a video of the application i took because i was so worried to begin with. ALSOOOO throughout the whole process my nail tech asked "you okay?" as if it wasn't obvious he was hurting me. i also went with a friend who left a 2.00$ tip (due to the fact that our service was rushed) and they charged her for a 20.00$ tip. when we called we were told to come in so they could refund and see her nails..?? she had nails already when we arrived and instead of doing a fill and color change they took off her nails and proceeded with a whole new set.

Me and my husbands have been going for a couple years for our pedicures and addition to getting my nails done. The service and ambiance is always great. Always quality and well experienced nail techs. This has been the best place in town I have been too, definitely recommend

Me my husband and daughter have been clients her for 10 years. I love the people and atmosphere. We have never been disappointed. They always joke around and have a light fun attitude which makes us love it here. I come have a good laugh and get an amazing pedicure/manicure at the same time. We love Lee and his staff they are very attentive to us and make sure we are happy with our services. Lee always makes sure we are satisfied and being taken care of every step of the way. We will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. CLIENTS FOR LIFE HERE.
