The pharmacy has no sense of urgency regarding a perscription. We moved to this pharmacy because we had moved to the area. We used to have out perscriptions filled at the Publix at the Pine Tree Plaza. They were always having perscriptions ready same day when sent by the doctor. This publix pharmacy (Hibernia) NEVER or hardly ever does that, unless you call in. It's nothing but a headache... debating making the drive back to the Pine Tree one even though it's really out of our way...

I was having my pain medicine prescription filled at Walgreens on 220 and they were charging me $62.77 and even once the full price without using my Florida Blue Medicare. I was so upset until I drove to the Pharmacy to question the charge and they dropped the price by about $67. I found the solution by taking THE SAME PRESCRIPTION TO Publix and getting it filled for $28.36. Is is so sad when a pharmacy take advantage of SENIOR CITIZENS.

Publix living up to their motto, “Where Shopping Is A Pleasure”. I ordered Parmesan garlic sauce for my chicken wings platter. It was good but a little to strong for me so I called to see if I could get a different sauce. Sure no problem I was told and they gave me gave me some buffalo sauce for nothing.

Ordered a baby shower half sheet cake it was fantastic beautifully decorated and very fresh. Donna the bakery assistant she was very helpful, patient, and accommodating.....Thank you ? for a wonderful experience!!!!Highly recommended

Huge shout out to the bakery who did our gender reveal cake! Not only did they do an awesome job but did it in less than 24 hours and retapped the envelope so my husband couldn't peek when he picked up the cake. So thankful for such a caring staff. A+ all the way!!!!

Thank you Jen Doherty in the pharmacy for her exceptional help today! My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I contacted CVS and was told it would be a 24 hour turn around time to get the prescription from Walgreens. So I reached out to Publix and was told it would only take about 30 minutes. When I arrived at Publix Hibernia they didn’t have it on file. I had called the wrong Publix!! Ms. Doherty was so incredibly sweet to offer to fill it there for me instead of having me drive to the other store. She asked for me to give her 5 minutes to have it ready, it took her no more than 2!! Thank you Jen!! Superb customer service
