They aren't as friendly as the one on Blanding and there's no place to sit and wait if you have issues with standing and mobility. We use GoodRx and that should be in our profiles but if we don't mention it at checkout, they don't offer it. For one of my husband's meds, it's almost $100 cheaper with GoodRx. There's also no drive up window. You have to go inside and walk to the pharmacy.

I have dealt with this pharmacy for many years. Lately, I have noticed a decline in customer service. Yesterday, the pharmacy assistant actually went out of her way to make receiving one of my prescriptions more difficult. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They cannot handle online orders! Every time I get there to pick up my online order it's not ready. Last time I got home to discover they gave me someone else's order. Today they were out of ingredients I wanted on my sub but waited for me to get there to tell me. Fair warning to all. They cannot handle online orders and I've been disappointed enough times with this now.

I never write horrible reviews about any stores ever. But after calling and still having the same issues I am beyond frustrated. The first time I had an issue was when I ordered ahead and when I came to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready, it still wasn't made. I called spoke with management told them the horrible service I received when I asked them to make my mobile order. The man was rude throwing empty bottles everywhere etc. She apologized and told me that wasn't the way things worked around here, which I agree Publix always gives great service. I decided I would give them another chance, yesterday and put in an order. I waited 40 minutes before I went up for the sub, the ONE BLT sub I ordered and it still wasn't ready!!! I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided this morning I would try this Publix one more time, I only get a 10 min lunch break and it's the closest store to me. So when I go to pick it up waiting another 40 mins!! It's ready by my surprise, I got to my car to eat it and the sub is made wrong !!! I'm sooooooo done with this store and will never ever be ordering or going to there sub station ever again. Hopefully y'all have revived better service but after the third time I'm over it

I can't say enough good things about Publix's customer service in general. They are all amazing.. however, my daughter and I had a solo cookie booth here last night and the way we were situated I was trying very hard not to be in the way. Every single Publix employee that came out to grab carts and came past us said hi and wished us luck. It's the little things that keep a little girls spirit up. And at the end of our booth one of the managers came out and saw we'd be hauling lots of empty cardboard boxes back home. He so nicely offered to get rid of them for us. Will most definitely be using this Publix when we're not close to ours. Stellar, A++ customer service!

I typically only shop at Publix but am new to Fleming Island. Go to the fish market and a guy named Sander I believe provided the worst service I have ever had at Publix. I thought I was at Food Lion of something. The guy is ridiculous and does not listen to his customers!!!

WARNING!!! This store does NOT follow the state's or CDC's COVID-19 guidance. The customer service rep (Lillian) is rude and tells customers that this is a free country and that no one has to wear masks in order to protect others. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

saw an angel working last night, young sir collecting carts (6/8 ~8:30 pm) waited for a mother and all 6 of her ducklings to cross before pushing carts up the sidewalk. Kudos where kudos due !

Tried to have a prescription filled here 20MAR20. The woman working behind the counter was very rude. Seemed to think she was better than everyone, and had a terrible princess attitude. I suppose women like this keep their jobs because they are able to manipulate their male managers. It’s quite laughable that a woman who holds a technical certificate would pass judgment and be rude to her educated customer base. They didn’t have what I needed anyway. Bad experience and a waste of my time.

So proud of our local Publix store for all they are doing to continuously serve all their customers with the best attitude, and patience during this quarantine time! As long as I can help it, I will never shop anywhere else! Cudos to YOU Publix! We all applaud you!!!

By far the most friendliest, cleanest, professional grocery store I've been too! You can tell Publix trains there employees to treat customers with respect & importance. And the gluten-free options are great!
