Love this location! I live in Eagle Harbor, and having this company (Publix) is a god send! The staple of this shopping center hands down. Easy in and out if you park on the back left side. It is easily accessible by golf cart during the summer when you need some quick food for the kids at the Eagle Harbor swim park. It is very well managed and very clean!

Unbelievable! Every time we order a vegan sub ahead of time, no one gets it right. Always missing ingredients that we ordered on the ticket and the sub is never filled completely. Very frustrating and disappointing! Idk who trains these employees to make subs but it’s awful

Only time to shop there is for their BOGO sale items. Also need to mention some of their cashiers are awful. The most recent visit is an example: the cashier did not acknowledge nor speak to me at checkout. They discussed with the bag person about applying for a job elsewhere. Publix was known for their explempary customer service but that's gone downhill.

Their deli and such is the worst...10 to 15 people back there and I can watch everyone ignore customer...God forbid u want them to make u a sandwich.....the employees show what a loser the manager is...

This particular Publix location is a long way from our home, but my husband and I stopped in after a business luncheon. From the moment we entered the store, we could tell that this operation was running on all cylinders. The floors were shiny, the shelves were well stocked, and the employees were actually smiling!

I hate leaving reviews but this one is well deserved . I work a Publix deli myself so I know the rules and way things are supposed to be , but unfortunately this Publix is closer to my house and stays open later so i tend to go to this one except from now on I won’t . For about the last month and half anytime me or my boyfriend go to the deli something is always wrong . We went to go get friend chicken around 8:15 ( keep in mind they don’t close until 9:30 for the deli ) we got ignored and then right at 8:30 the deli manager comes up to us and says we can’t serve you because it’s 8:30 and the deli closes at 8:30 , unbelievable and evrytime we go to get a sub for some reason it’s these same young guys and they just throw it together or they don’t put what’s supposed to be on it and I paid extra for an avacado on a veggie sub and they didn’t put the avacado let alone a veggie sub is supposed to have double cheese without charge they put three pieces of cheese and the last couple times asked to speak to a manager , there isn’t one there , I’m extremely dissatisfied with this publix
