Expensive but great return policy!Cust service is So-So. Lady was super helpful when i was looking @ Post-Surgery cones & onesie's for my 7 month overactive Lab, who had been through 5 Cones + a 'SURGI-Suit' in 2 wks. BUT then she "got called to the front & wld be right back",& I never saw her again. Good place to shop for pets. Not great or spectacular, but overall good.

Took my dog in and the Do tor and nurse appeared loving and caring. All shots, cream and hart-worm medicine cost me $424.00. They seem knowledgeable and a little pricey. They gave me 15% off and a coupon for a $25.00 which they applied to my bill.

I feel bad when I have to say no I wouldn't recommend, but I went in there specifically to look for RAW food for a special-needs Bengal cat that we had adopted that had to go raw because of IBD. They said besides freeze dried which is not true RAW, they didn't carry one single brand for cats. I went to a feed store down the street and found everything I needed for less money then they charge for most products and the place was tiny. But it's all there at your fingertips. There is one OK worker there who was helpful but the rest didn't seem super knowledgeable and was just so surprised about the food especially in 2022 no less. Sadly I cannot recommend.

Terrible vet service. We had an appointment for one of our pets and the vet was extremely rude. Jimmy, the j*** who helped us made extremely inappropriate comments to our very ill pet. As soon as he walked into the room he asked, "is it dead?" WHAT??! Who says that to someone while their pet is in pain and sick!? Without stepping a foot in, he immediately made the comment. I was so stunned he said that, i couldn't even think. Then he walked in and immediately started talking about euthanasia. No other option, he said "thats the only thing i can do". No exams, not even a peep into the carrier, just immediately went to euthanize. It blew my mind how incredibly irresponsible and insensitive these people are, its truly saddening. They only cared for money and never your pets. Highly recommend finding a local humane society or literally any other vet for low cost because these people DO NOT CARE! This store doesn't offer many brands either. At least the cashiers were nice but that was it. They really need to fire these idiots so called "vets"

I went to checkout the other day and the cashier wouldn't let me checkout without providing my email and phone number. Even after telling him that I'm not from the US and don't live near a Petco he stated that he had to have my information. He said that once I gave him my information he would be able to apply a discount which finally convinced me give up my information. However when looking back at my receipt no discount was applied. I will never again shop at this store even when I'm visiting. Not happy. You should not require personal information to make a purchase.

DUDE IF I COULD GIVE PETCO A EFFING ZERO I WOULD. How did I pay for a cage on the fuggin 2nd and yahl charge me on the 7th when I didn't have the money in my account?! I BROUGHT MY RABBITS CAGE ON THE 2nd THEY GAVE ME A TRACKING # THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE TOMORROW. It was supposed to be here on the 8th December 2020 today NOW ITS SAYING 10th! Not only did u FUKK up my order with the tracking, and the ship date but now my account is charging me extra for the cage and the fee that I didn't put in. I'm so damb pissed off with you guys. I hated petsmart but now I HATE HATE HATE PETCO even worse.

I bring both of my dogs to be groomed and I absolutely love the care they are given. Ashleigh has ultimately been the primary reason I keep bringing them back. She loves my boys and goes above and beyond regardless of why I need to bring them in

Everyone is so nice and friendly here! Store manager Connie has been with the company 13 years and is the best. Grooming is great as well!

Take better care of your animals!!!!!!! Wether they’re feeders or not....the rats you have in there look awful! People can say that they are “just rats” but every animal has a life and doesn’t deserve to suffer like this.... These babies deserve better and I’m beyond disgusted in the state of health that they are in. In my opinion these rats have a better chance surviving out in the wild than under petco’s “care”... honestly just so disappointed in this company. I expected better and I wish share this until the message gets across.

We got our 7 year old his first kitty from here as an early Christmas gift! We are over the moon with him and are so grateful that Petco works with the local rescue!

If I could give this grooming department 0 stars, I would. I went in last night at 5 pm & was told the grooming department closed early. The manager actually said that they leave early all the time & when he tells them they can't go, they go above his head. I came home & called customer service & they credited me for the service & said to return in the morning & assured me someone would be there. I returned at 830 (groomer opened at 8 ) & the store clerk came out & told me the manager had called off that morning & someone would be there around 12. Why would you go to a place that has a service that they can't support? Do yourself a favor & go to Dapper Dogs down the street. They're less than 1/2 mile away & actually open! CRAZY!

I found a little puppy the other day (now she's my darling baby) and I brought her in to see if they had a chip. I was exhausted and worried about her and the woman who I believe is the dog trainer was so amazing. She paid for with her own money a bag of dog food for her. You can tell she really cares. So thankful for what she did for me & my new pup ��

My husband took Our Labradoodle in for grooming yesterday. The groomers completely shaved our dog. She also has several nicked areas where it is obvious they made a few mistakes. Then they wanted to say my husband told him to do so. However my husband wasn't alone he was also with my daughter who both stated that was incorrect. When I tried to report this to their customer service department I was disconnected. I attempted a second time and asked for a manager. That wasn't any better. I know I can't put the hair back on my dog, but I think they should take responsibility for what they did.
