I hired Pat's Nursery for multiple projects. Jeremy is professional and communicates his ideas and solutions. Jeremy contacted me to start the work two weeks early since they had an opening in their schedule. He and his team arrived and got right to work. They are efficient and genuinely care about the work they do.Shop around if you want - just be sure to include Pat's Nursery in that search. Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience ! I've never been to a more helpful place. Everyone kept asking us if we needed help, and they were all so excited to help us with our landscaping project. We know exactly what we want to do now. Special thanks to Chris, Terry, and Adan. Highly recommend !

We love Pat’s! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. I love their grass schedule so I know what to buy and when to apply product to keep my grass alive. We have purchased many small/medium plants and also two large trees that we had installed. Instillation was on time with two wonderful workers. They stayed to tell me about caring for my trees. I highly recommend!

I was seriously impressed with how welcoming the staff was and willing everyone was to help. Unbelievable. Whoever owns this place should get an award for how the crew is trained. This is what so many businesses are missing now. Pats Nursery nailed it. I will always buy from them from now on. Thank you for treating us like family.

I made an appointment 3 months ago. Called a week before to confirm and had a no show . They claimed they called me on Saturday to confirm but I never got the message. When I called them about it the woman hung up on me. I would put little confidence in this company no matter how many 5 star reviews they have. They did nothing to try and make it better.

Fantastic customer service! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful! We were recommended Pat's from our sweet neighbor, and we were not disappointed! They were able to help us and made sure we were taken care of. We'll definitely keep coming back!

You can't be the selection and customer service at this nursery. We were killing time between some things we were doing and stopped in with the intention to browse. Ended up buying a lot of stuff.Tons of choices, knowledgeable staff, and great customer service. No matter where I turned there was someone to help me!Definitely will return!!

Pat and his staff are knowledgeable and their products are excellent. Their landscaping / potting soil is of top quality. My veggies, flowers and trees love it! We also purchased a grapefruit tree which Sergio, one of their contractors, planted. It's looking great! To me, Pat's the best nursery in Jax.

Great personal experience!We were looking for citrus trees for our yard and Pat's was the only nursery open around on Sunday ... we had never been there but have driven past it before, so we decided to take a drive and check it out. First impression, lots to choose from, well-cared for plants and good customer service right away. When we had some questions, we found a gentlemen named Terry. Wow, he was a wealth of information and so helpful. He also took time to help us pick out the right flowers for our front flowerbed as well as explained to us what we needed to make sure our lemon tree would be healthy. We will definitely go back!
