“Mark took a great deal of time with me considering that I told him when I came in that I would not be making a decision until I had time to check out other mattress locations. He was very easy to deal with and clearly knew what questions to ask and what to show me. In the end, though I didn’t purchase a mattress, I did purchase an adjustable base that would fit any king mattress. He did ask me for the total sale but had no problem taking the base sale with the expectation that I would be back for a mattress. Job well done. And, by the way, the premises was immaculate and very well organized. Pleased with my decision.”
