Excellent experience! Randy Day is a pleasure to deal with. Purchased an adjustable split for my elderly parents. My mother slept on it for the first time last night and reports it is the first morning she woke with no back pain.Thank you so much, Randy.

In response to your reply: no, that absolutely didn't happen. You offered us no other solution than an equal or greater value exchange with a restocking fee. You point blank told us you don't have to abide by the 100 day guarantee because you are quote "a small store." There is nothing to contact you about at this point. You made your non-existent return policy abundantly clear post sale. I'm awaiting a return call from Beauty Rest management. At this point we don't have anything left to discuss at a store level.The poster who mentioned arrogance is spot-on. We purchased a $3500 Beauty Rest black mattress because they are known for their 100 day sleep trial. Randy does NOT disclose his return policy and does not tell you he does not have to abide by the corporate policy. He also doesn't disclose his return policy online. We found the mattress extremely uncomfortable. When we called to discuss this he recommended sleeping on it longer (it had been almost 90 days). He then proceeded to insult us stating there must be something underlying wrong with us because it's definitely not the bed and stated he has sold "thousands" of them and never had a return, and sleeps on the same one himself. This was before he looked us up in the computer as he stated he hadn't even turned it on yet and would have to call me back, so he had no idea what bed it was. He told us we could only exchange it for equal or higher value and would have to pay "a restocking fee and all that." I highly recommend using the big box brands over Mattress Planet, because they at least abide by the manufacturer guarantees and you won't be out $3500 for a mattress that feels nothing like it did in store. Literally nothing.

Bought a mattress in March 2021. Began our search at the chain stores where we got the run around on price and availability over and over. We contacted Randy at Mattress Planet and left with the best bed we have ever had that same day. I won't go anywhere else, ever!
