I have been a customer of Lan's at Mai Nails for about six months now and have not been disappointed. I come in with an inspiration photo, and she will take her time to make sure it is exactly what I want. I am both disappointed when I have to change it and excited to get my new set to see what she creates. I get pedicures every other time, and they all take their time, shape my nails perfectly, and give the best massages! The store itself is clean, organized, relaxing, and quiet. All the technicians are friendly, kind, greet me with a smile, and ask how I have been since they last saw me. They are all excited to see what design I am getting and often stop by several times to watch the progress. I have recommended this salon to all of my friends.

My first time going was on Sunday . Got a mani pedi for my birthday. The pedicure was fine , short it was a 25 minute pedi , the shape was wonky but their toes . I waited about 45 mins to get them polished . Which was fine but I asked what the wait was and was told there wasn’t . I pulled a picture from their facebook page with a simple design, so I honestly thought I was waiting for a specific person to do this design. NOPE the design was an awful replication, 3rd grade art - but I was mostly disappointed in her acrylic laying .. it was bumpy thick in most places, very thin in the middle. I didn’t even want a set . I asked for a mani but after she cut my one natural nail off she asked is it ok . - it’s late to ask so go ahead. I need super short nails for the work that I do and she wouldn’t cut them that short . She likes long nails… I went home and refilled them and polished them to my liking but I was charged 148$ . But if I hadn’t looked over at her calculator I would have been charged 160$ I only peeked because I couldn’t wrap my head around the 160 she said . My pedi was 45+18 for gel fine and fair the nails were 85$ definitely not worth 40$ - wish I had seen the google reviews before going . The fb page has beautiful pictures yet not a single review.

Always have a wonderful time in Mai Nails! They are the only ones I could trust getting me pampered and beautiful for my wedding! They are the only nail place in Jacksonville I will go to!

My daughter got acrylic nails. The job was a mess and the technician was rude. They did not do much to make us feel better after I complained nicely. Not coming back.

i went in for a fill and a pedicure and it was $160 that is an outrageous price for those services, i will not be coming back the nails came out fine but not the best and the ladies switched around doing everyone's nails so i had to explain 3 different times what i wanted and it was not a great experience

The nail techs were pleasant and the business is clean and maintained well. However, they are way overpriced. I paid over $100 for a mani and pedi which was just ok.

I had an awful experience at the nail salon last Saturday. I went for a pedicure and manicure but the service felt rushed, and the technician kept pressuring me to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure despite my clear preference for a mid-priced option. Although I was seated promptly upon arrival, I had to wait almost 15 minutes for a technician to start the services I requested. Despite arriving at 1 pm and leaving shortly after 2 pm, the entire process took less than 50 minutes, including the time spent waiting for my nails to dry after the technician finished working on them. My main concern was the lack of tool disinfection between customers. Furthermore, the technician frequently left during the pedicure to chat with her colleagues, interrupting the service. She also refused to use the nail color I chose, insisting on a lighter shade, which I later realized was because she couldn't apply darker polish properly. The end result was subpar, with thick, messy nail polish that lost its shape after drying. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; the service isn't worth the cost, and I now feel like I've been ripped off. It's Monday, and I'll need to visit another salon this week for a proper pedicure and manicure. It's not safe to visit a nail salon that doesn't prioritize proper tool disinfection.

Lan is absolutely amazing ! She is so sweet and so talented! Was the quickest and best nail service I’ve ever had, I will definitely be back !
Had to come back to edit for the new nails Lan gave me ! She is phenomenal, just show her a picture and she can make it look exactly like it! 5 stars all the way and I will be back soon !

I recently visited Mai Nails for a men's pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Lan did an outstanding job, paying meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The salon's atmosphere is clean and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. My feet have never looked or felt better! I highly recommend Mai Nails to any man looking for top-notch pedicure services. I'll definitely be returning for my regular foot care!
