“Insurance is a necessity but rarely if ever have I needed assistance with a car insurance issue. Well, i did yesterday, Chris Frank and his team (especially Carly) asked if they could help resolve the issue with State Farm for me and went out of their way to have it resolved by the EOB. They took the time (a fair amount of it by the way) and their resources to work through my claim issue with both state farm and the claim facilitator. They were responsive and kept me apprised of the progress through the resolution process. Sounds cliche’, but The Chris Frank Agency is proof that impeccable customer service still exists. Thanks!”
