“The gym is kept clean. I like how they've utilized the space, it feels more intuitive than a few other locations. The staff is great (I don't know what some other reviewers are talking about...I've never been treated poorly, or ignored), everyone is helpful and probably working harder than they're being paid for! Amenities are good, but it would be awesome to see a Hybrid Light installed!!”

“My Coach Bill has been wonderful. He has taken the time to answer all my almost 40 year old and getting fat questions. He even doesn't mind explaining again when my brain gets distracted and blurts out another question before he is finished answering the first one. To say he is patient is an understatement. He has really helped my right shoulder and rotator cuff pain with his expertise and specialized knowledge of strengthening and reconditioning of the joint. His staff is amazing and is always quick to greet me and act like they care that I am there.There are many class times available to meet my busy and hectic life schedule.”
