Advertised oil change prices don't include "labor." Also, expect to be upcharged for extra oil unless getting the oil changed on your electric scooter(i brought in a 4-cylinder). The people seemed friendly enough, and the pricing isn't unfair, but there's no transparency when you call ahead.

Won't be going back! Had a scheduled oil change at 9am. Took 2 hours! Told me I had no coolant upon arrival but my car isn't running hot at all. The gage is closer to the cool end even. Tried to get me to change my cabin air filter, break pads, etc. Total declined suggested services was over $700!!! The young guy working there was unprofessional saying "damn it" when the stapler was out of staples in front of my 8 year old. Wouldn't normally make a big deal about that but he's in uniform at work. Would NOT recommend going to Goodyear.

This place totally sucks!!! Dont bring your vehicle here folks. Over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Then they tried to say I had no coolant in my vehicle. They were looking at my coolant overflow tank, not at the fill cap reservoir. Tried to sell me a full coolant flush for 250 bucks. Must have thought I dont know anything about cars. Go to jiffylube people!

Lied about needing filters , filters where brand new , broke several lug nuts and scratched wheel . Manager hid in the office and he had the cashier handle the situation . I Called to discuss this and no one answered or called back .

This was our third experience with David Phillips. Each time he fostered an environment where we felt comfortable and confident that he would do what was in our best interest and for our safety. David is extremely knowledgeable and I felt as if I could trust his judgment. We will never go to any other location or shop thanks to David and his team.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!
I brought my car in because of a transmission issue. The manager Erik said it would cost $100 for a diagnostic test and then he could reach out to AMMCO to get quotes for parts for it be fixed. Later that day I called to check in and Erik said he left a message with AMMCO and that he was waiting to hear back. The next day I spoke with an assistant manager who could not find my car on their lot. Turns out that my car was driven to AMMCO without my knowledge. I went to pick it up today to pay the $100 and still do not know what exactly is wrong with my car and what it will take to fix it. I could have gone directly to AMMCO.

Updated post.I replaced my entire front brake system. I could not properly bleed my brakes .I also did not realize I put caliper on wrong side .I brought it here to fix it .they charged me over $500 .I noticed a few days later as I was getting on i295 .a loud banging noise .I pulled over to find my 1 caliper lost 1 bolt the other bolt was 2-3 turns away from falling off.when I called them the said they would fix it. But blamed me for a bad brake job. I got no compensation. Imagine what would have happened if I got on i295 .after a lengthy conversation with Eric. He pointed out that they only touched top bolts not the bottom bolts that came loose.understandable.But they were told by me multiple times that this was a new brake system .and to please check it to make sure I did it correctly. Which they as certified mechanics should now to do .they failed to do that. Even after they found a few small details I over looked .I will share blame here .but they also share blame for failing to check something they told me is pretty standard.

Yuri is the most unfriendly person I have ever met. I get he's upset that he's in a low level postion and unhappy person I have ever met in the auto industry. The work was fine but he made the ending experience negative. Learn some basic customer service skills if you want to excel in your career.

My experience is great as a long time customer. Eric (the manager) is the only one who satisfied my complaint for an out of balance tire/wheel that was getting progressively worse.The front desk and staff are always eager to help. They are honest and have integrity.
