I got yelled at trying to return a game which was the cherry on top of an already bad day. Even though I had everything needed to return my game, the guy yelled at me the whole time and chastised me for returning the game in the way the website says. I won't be returning to this location which is sad because all the other locations are generally so nice.

Very unorganized on inventory. Was told that the Middleburg location had plenty of the game we were trying to purchase as a Birthday gift only to drive all the way there and be told those copies were on preorder reserved "not actually paid for"

So I order shin Megami tensei 5 steel book edition and when I get to the store I get an old used and scratched beat up case instead of the steel book I payed for. But it's cool. Cus what I did was order another steel book edition but this time I have it mailed to my house instead of the store. Then after receiving my steel book I go online and tell them I never received my order. So then they refund my money back so now I got a free game. I keep the steel book and sell the other one on eBay. So because they wanted to play me I ended up playing them and getting 50 dollars for free to buy another game online using quad pay because I ended up selling that game for 50 dollars on ebay. Thank you GameStop

Excellent! The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Our son plays video games and trying to figure out which game he wanted was so easy thanks to the staff. Very helpful store.
