I came in to do a simple trade-in. I already knew what I wanted and why I wanted it and the employee was trying to up sale me with a pre owned console when I am coming in to get a new console, after I've already said no and stated what I clearly wanted. They were also very condensending about how they think xbox is inferior to Playstation and I never asked. Great that's his opinion but it came off as rude and unpleasant. This is the exact reason why I never come to this store. I only came because it was the only one nearby that had it in stock.

Audrey rocks. She was super helpful while trading in my PS4s and a few controllers, and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. Her customer service skills are phenomenal!

I got yelled at trying to return a game which was the cherry on top of an already bad day. Even though I had everything needed to return my game, the guy yelled at me the whole time and chastised me for returning the game in the way the website says. I won't be returning to this location which is sad because all the other locations are generally so nice.

Very unorganized on inventory. Was told that the Middleburg location had plenty of the game we were trying to purchase as a Birthday gift only to drive all the way there and be told those copies were on preorder reserved "not actually paid for"
