“On this day the store was not a pleasant shopping experience. The aisles were crowded with merchandise on the floor and there was little room to get around. Aisles basically became one way because there wasn’t room to get around a buggy, or sometimes even a couple of people looking at an item. I guess they had excess inventory and just put everything out.”

“Serenity saved the day! Visited Belk at the Orange Park mall while my husband & I were shopping. We were looking for some fragrances. We stopped at one of the other department stores in the mall first (rhymes with Willard’s) & did not enjoy the staffs attitudes. We went to Belk instead & were immediately & pleasantly greeted by Serenity! She is an awesome employee. She gladly helped my Husband & I try out several scents for each of us. She worked with us both in finding the products we liked & took care of us the entire time. We plan on going back again soon for our skincare needs.”

“I love the well organized store and it is huge...just beautiful. I heard on news they had a senior giving tree for the elderly for Christmas gift giving. I just had to run in and get some of the names. I feel our seniors are looked over so much in so many things, that with just a little bit of support from our community their lives could be so much better. “I really enjoy finding the unexpected. Sometimes, a unique item will catch my attention, but I honestly enjoy looking for crafting ideas and items. Lol It's also a convenient stop to grab staples and snacks. We have found quality furniture we needed from time to time as well. One particular bed set is still being handed down in our family. A Recliner bought 12 or 13 years ago has just now been donated in great working order.The store in Oakleaf is always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a mini Walmart, only with intelligent employees and great customer service.We were specifically looking for an item we saw online around Thanksgiving. We could not locate it on the floor anywhere. After asking an employee about it, they went above and beyond to find the item for us. They even went to the store room and opened a box that had just not made it to the floor yet. We were very grateful, as it was to be an advent calendar for our grandson.Another time, I lost my balance in the store. (Being old is rather annoying) The staff were there almost before I hit the floor. They were very kind and helpful, reducing my embarrassment greatly, and helped me back to my feet. Their care and kindness was unexpected in this day and time.”

“Not a bad Target location. Clean for the most part, well lit and organized. A few items on the floor on the shoe section, but that's normal. Some people just refuse to clean up and pick up after themselves!! Cashier was friendly, quick, and polite. Prices are good. Lots of parking!”
“I highly recommend this place. I bought a $6k+ ashley full sectional for some 2400$ after their big and and a scratch off. They can custom order anything you find on the ashley website. We're still missing a piece to our sectional so they get a star reduced, but overall a solid store.”
“When I tell you I went to the cosmetic department to get some perfume for my friend and myself. The Manager was so helpful. She took her time with me and explained the different scents and her opinions. The first day I didn’t buy anything but when I came back 2 days later I purchased 3 things and told my friends to come there. I will be back and thank you for making my shopping experience amazing.”

“Not a good store to shop at. Produce bad, employees are very rude and not helpful ? I don't shop there anymore. I shop at Publix for my food and Bealls for my clothes and home decor and essentials such as beauty products etc. other items I go to home depot will not give it but 1 star unfortunately”

“I love going there with my daughter. They have different stuff then Ross and Marshall's do. Their lines go down quickly,because Ross only keeps maybe one cashier on late at night,so does Marshall's, which is bad, because tge cashier's rush to get line's down and they don't pack glass well during these time's. They also just throw your clothes in a bag and at least TJ MaXX cashier's ask you if you found everything ok and if you say yes, they say That's great to hear from you!That's why I love TJMAXX!”
