“I love this bank branch! The staff is fantastic – friendly, professional, and they always recognize me. They've been incredibly helpful whenever I've had a banking question or issue. While they do have a convenient drive-thru, I usually park and go inside. The wait times are minimal, and the comfy seating makes any wait a breeze. Overall, it's a great experience every time.”

“I walked in after leaving another Chase location that turned me away and refused to assist me. I was super frazzled. My husband and I got married months ago and I was able to update my last name on every account I have except my accounts with Chase.
My husband is in the military, Chase requires you to change your name in person and we have not had a local Chase Bank, we were finally relocated here, where there are physical Chase Bank locations. Because my name is updated elsewhere, I have bills and orders bouncing due to discrepancies with my name and there's urgency to get my name updated.
So, I walked in very frazzled, upset and disappointed, I really just wanted help with this, I didn't care how long I had to wait. Lindsey at the front was so empathetic, kind and reassuring. She advised I'd have to wait as a walk-in, but that they'd be able to help and I was super relieved. She was very professional.
