After wasting well over 2 hours on the phone with ATT I was told they couldn't do anything for me over the phone and go into a store.
I wish I had gone to the store first. Best experience at any ATT store to date. They were friendly, professional, and Drew had me fixed up and out the door in 20 minutes.

Went in the AT&T store to get help with my account. Josh and Drew both helped me, and everything was taken care of very quickly. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very nice. Thank you

The in-store experience was excellent. The store had the device in their inventory. The sales associate Drew was helpful, not only with the sale of the device but helping set up the device and transfer all the data from the old device to the new. The process was quick and painless.
