This is the worst Sherwin Williams store. The customer service here is poor. We avoid coming here but when we have to make a last minute stop it's just a reminder not to go into the store. The two women working there are lazy and the men are slow. Everytime we come here, there's 3-4 workers and they must not know how to be efficient. Not everyone gets paid hourly so one worker could be gathering our supplies and the others could be working the register. This store needs training.

Use this store for our Flagler jobs and Kristen is hands down one of the best employees that I've had to deal with. Goes out of her way to help the customer and recommend coming to her with all your painting needs. Wish most all the stores had employees like her

Knowledgeable staff. Matt helped us with our options for best results painting our porch and ramp. We went to Sherwin Williams knowing they would have professional staff.

Well from what I’ve read things certainly have changed at this store, the lady Christin did everything she could do to make me happy, even though being busy she was able to take time and color match two very difficult colors to my liking, she has the patience of Jobe and made sure it was just right.. in my books a great employee and I’d hire her in a second

Called ahead for a quart of paint. Was asked to wait an hour, which I did. Got to the store and waited for 20 minutes behind a line of ladies discussing paint options. One guy was working the store, answering phones, mixing paint. When it was my turn, I expected to pay and go, but the paint wasn’t even mixed. This isn’t an employee issue, the kid in the store was doing the best he could, this is a management issue. You need another employee.

Second visit in 3 days was as frustrating as our visit on Saturday. We were told to buy Sherwin Williams paint by our painter as it supposedly the best. Hopefully, your paint is better equipped and more efficient than your staff.

John was very helpful at his store on Moody Blvd. The store on Palm Coast Parkway ignored us and we left and went to Moody Blvd.

This morning around 11 AM my sister and I went into the Sherman Williams store at 2303 Moody Blvd, Flagler Beach. We needed to order a custom wood stain. We were both wearing masks...as was the other customer in the store. The man behind the counter was NOT wearing a mask. When he finished with a customer, he asked if we needed something....my sister, standing at least 6 feet from the maskless man, explained what we needed. He started coming towards us from behind the counter, stating that these masks are terrible. My sister repeated what we needed...continuing to back away from him. He started to tell us to take off the mask, when I jumped in, grabbed my sisters arm and said we’re leaving. I’ve never experienced such rudeness in all my life. If these are the type of people Sherman Williams employs, we will no long be a customer. It’s currently 2 PM, and I’m still shaken up.
