I went to Alex. I went to him because of the great reviews. He said he was going to give me a short bob. Well.....,he didn't give me a bob at all. But he had fixed it in a way that I did like it when I left the salon. But it was only after I washed it myself, that I noticed how it was really cut. It's a total mess. It's all choppy, there's a chunk of hair missing in the middle of my hair at the bottom. Looks like an oops. He said when I washed it, it would fall right into place. Wrong. I can't do a thing with it. Now, I'm having to go to someone else to correct it so I won't be embarrassed to go out. And he charged me $50!!!! And he conveniently had no change, so he ended up with a big tip. I will never go back to this salon. I do not recommend Alex.Service: Haircut

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, owner of Alexander Studio Salon, in Flagler Beach FL. He did an amazing job with my root touch up and toning my highlights. We also discussed a transitioin plan based on my hair goals with his priority of using the most healthiest methods to get there. What's funny is that while the salon YELP reviews were good, I could not find many pictures or followers on their Instagram or Facebook of which I normally use as a deciding factor if I'm going to try a place for the first time or not. For some reason, I just felt comfortable after Alex called me back to book an appointment. In fact, out of four salons I called, he was the only one who returned mt call. - Customer Service matters! While Alex has been the owner of this salon for approximately four years, owning a salon is not new to him. In fact, he owned a couple in Italy in his earlier years. I would highly recommend Alexander Studio Salon!

Dana elder Silvernail doesn't recommendAlexander Studio Salon.2 minutes agoMade an appointment and was exited. Alex calledme to come in an hour earlier at 10 am which wasfine. When I got there (early) he told me theappointment was for 10:30. Ummm we just talkedan hour earlier.no, it wasn't...I got less than a 10minute haircut $45. And left a good tip. I Left.Looked at the cut in the car..drove back went andhad him fix the two areas of concern.HeHerushed.didn't check the cut…didn't give me amirror to check the back…nothing...can't anyonecut a straight line?
