Dear people let the fingers of this scammer company, which wants only one thing, fast money for 0 services and then even amounts that are intended for insurance then additionally put in their own pockets and are not willing to replace the customer the demonstrable damage and without deductions because this was never communicated to the customer!

A totally unprofessional company. Even the contracted transport companies said this about Ishipit. Any mistake is the mistake of the customer. The transport insurance that was paid does not exist. On multiple request, the company could not provide an insurance policy. Thus, after the transport we were left with a damage (including expert opinion required by Ishipit) of *****. I can only recommend everyone to leave the fingers of this umprofessionell company which is not able to handle a transport properly.

Save yourself some stress, money and time by finding another shipper. I booked to move a small shipment of personal belongings from San Francisco to Cork, Ireland. Let's just say once it got to Europe they practically ghosted me. It's in Amsterdam they said, when a company in Dublin clearly had it in storage. I had to provide all the customs documentation, which iShip it Right were supposed to take care of. I paid for pick up and delivery in Ireland again, because iShip it Right were doing nothing to get it to my home. It was a super stressful 8 months of poor communication and no follow up. I DO NOT recommend then.

We used iShip it Right for the first time in and enjoyed our experience so much we just used then again last week. they are great and both times now I've been so very pleased with their service and professionalism. I also referred my mom to use them for her shipping needs and she is very pleased with that service too. Thank you for the rest of the team who's always willing to help.

I like the way they handle our move. Well, sometimes delays really happened but what i like about iShip It Right is they are always on the top of everything and they made sure that I am aware what is really happening and they always made sure that i will always get help to them. Thank you so much! It might not be perfect but everything went well and I am happy. Indeed a company that I can trust and will surely recommend them to my families and friends.

I've moved multiple times over the years and this by far was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

I agreed on a quote to move my possessions from USA to Spain that included clearance fees, delivery and unloading in Spain. Now that the container is here they say they have no responsibility for those services and I have been left alone to make all arrangements and pay again. They delayed providing documentation which also cost me extra storage fees. I would not recommend using this company and if you do, never pay until services have been provided.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! US to UK RelocationI don't even know how to start this review. Just to think about what happened gets me frustated, and this happened almost a year ago.Long story short they overpromise and underdelivered, what seemed good deal ended up being BAD.We arrived in the UK on August 26 and we received our shippiment on October 1st. via air shipping.Timeline of the events1- August 19th 2020 - First reached out to them2- August 21st 2020 - Received incorrect DocuSign Paperwork3- September 1st 2020 - They finally understood that I was looking for Air freight instead of Sea shipping4 - September 1st 2020 - Got an email from them saying "Someone will pick up your boxes from Bill's house this coming 10th of September."5- September 4th 2020 - Received an email with some random moving services in the UK. Reached out to all of them they didn't cover the move because they were far from the area.6- September 16th 2020 - Received the invoice7- September 17th 2020- Paid the invoice8- September 25 2020 - Filled in another paper work9- October 1st 2020 - Cargo finally arrived10- Pciked up the items and a lot of boxes were damaged.11- A lot of additional fees had to be paid. The quote they provided says:" No hidden fees." Air freight from Door to Airport | 24/7 Online Tracking Insurance up to $5,000. If any additional amount needed its 2.5% of value Applicable U.S. port fees and THC, Export documentation, U.S. customs clearing and declarations Packing, Unpacking | Available upon requestDO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.. We contracted iShipItRight in November 2020 to ship our household goods and furniture overseas, in a grueling transatlantic move within a move from USA to Germany, right in the middle of the pandemic. We were attracted to iShipItRight because the price was right, and we were extremely nervous because we'd never shipped overseas before, and as the adage goes, "you get what you pay for." Bottom line, iShipItRight exceeded any expectations we had and we will gladly step up for them.iShipItRight undercut the next competitor by $200, and MANY of them quoted us nearly twice the amount iShipItRight did or more! Liezy in Sales guided us thru the process, made it super simple, and put our minds at ease. She spelled out precisely how much each step cost and pointed out what they couldn't cover and may be extra if Germany did not like x, y, or z. She also explained the insurance, and everything was crystal clear. Plus the down payment of only $500 to get things moving was an affordable bargain.As time got closer to the move. obstacles came up. Our stuff had to be picked up from two different locations, Germany was asking for an exhaustive inventory while the country was going back into lockdown, and we had to navigate the tricky holiday season when absolutely everything in Germany shuts down for days. Our nerves were shot. That's when we met Xiomara in iShipItRight's Operations and she understood our obstacles perfectly. She set up a plan that was exactly what we needed, and guided us thru writing the list. She even checked my work!The plan had a hundred moving parts. iShipItRight acts on your behalf and hires subcontractors to pick up your stuff, palettize it, transport it to port, store it as needed, ship it overseas, receive it overseas, get it thru Customs, and ship it to your door. It was maddening to imagine. Atop our personal move, our stress levels were thru the roof. A couple times, we did not hear back from them as quickly as we would have liked, needing confirmation to our confirmations of confirmations, so we really appreciated Hannah the team coordinator for excellence hands holding and babysitting. We realized our stress the toll the move was taking on us and how many things iShipItRight was managing on our behalf. Hannah became like a friend as she reassured you what was up and when, and it was the nicest part of the process.We looked them up out of paranoia that our stuff wouldn't vanish like Titanic and saw poor reviews from couples just like us because their shipment was held at the receiving port or foreign customs or damaged in transport, and we had the same worries, but still remembered these had been explained as possible risks by iShipItRIght. They're not lying. You're dealing with foreign governments and companies--some of them are not going to like your shipment, and charge extra just to look at it--that is not iShipItRight's fault. They are newcomer on the logistics scene, and family owned and operated. Given the complexity of what they do, we came to respect their work greatly, and are standing up for them.They stood up for us too. The receiving company in Germany came across like they weren't paying attention or didn't read our emails or didn't have time for us... and tried to DOUBLE CHARGE us for customs, storage, and delivery! One phone call to Hannah and she had them sorted out within a day. Everything arrived when they said it would arrive, and perfectly intact, even the most fragile things, dry and clean. Frankly it was freaking amazing.Yes, it is a funny feeling in a family business because there is a large cast of characters and a Wimbledon of call transfers. Some shipping companies bragged to us about their price, and others bragged about their experience, but mostly they gave us the creeps. Nobody felt as honest or right as Hannah, Xiomara, and Liezy. They were great! So fair is fair: iShipItRight is pretty awesome! They'll be who we use for our next overseas move.

iShip it Right was the BEST ! Had to move from the US to Germany and I thought it would be a huge hassle and headache. IT WAS NONE thanks to iShip it Right and their staff. They were in constant contact with me, addressed all my concerns and keept me posted of every step of the shippiong process. All my packages arrived EARLY and WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE. I can not say enough good things about the company and their subcontractors as well as their staff. I AM IMPRESSED how fast and easy the relocation went and all thnkas to iShip it Right. Thank you all.

Worst experience ever.I do not recommend this moving company at all.It has been almost 1 month since my things arrived from south Florida to the Netherlands and I still waiting for answers. My wooden bed that my father gave me before he passed away arrived totally destroyed. Same thing with a lamp shade. Some boxes arrived wet and stinky. These company hasn't give me answers because they keep saying they don't know what happened and that probably my bed got broken in the Netherlands. This is a moving company and they are supposed to have capable people at the different ports to handle people's belongings but no. I looks like they have no idea about the receiving company they are working with in the netherlands. Very incompetent people. I had to handle all phone calls and redo all the paperwork to clear my cargo for delivery in the netherlands because the receiving company at the port kept telling me all the paperwork from I ship it right was wrong. I ended up having to do everything myself. So both companies were supposed to understand each other and have protocols established but NO.Please research for other companies before you put valuable personal things into i ship it right hands.

I definitely recommend iShip It Right. They responded promptly when I asked for a quote (unlike several other companies). His prices are very competitive. He called the night before the move to confirm that we were on the schedule, and the moving crew showed up right on time! They handled our items with care . Thanks for the excellent service!
