Absolutely terrible job. They were a half hour late for my appointment. The woman doing my taxes was rude, tried to charge me $499 for services, when I asked for an explanation she went silent, had all of my files ready for upload from email and didn’t know how to open them. Do not go here.

The lady was very rude, she also said she was closed and it was 725 pm and they close at 8, I went the night before and that rep was great, polite courteous and respectful she instructed me to come back tonight Feb 18 no appointment necessary but yet this very RUDE rep was not the kind of people that h n r block should be aware of, if I were her supervisor she would be fired
