These guys have been in Flagler Beach as long as I can remember, some of the nicest people around, wouldn't store my boat anywhere else.

Really nice guys running the place, they charge an extremely fair rate considering I pay $50 a month and the place down the street charges nearly $250 a month for the same service.

I've been using this place to store my trailers since 2013 and have had no problems to speak of, usto come in to visit every month and pay in person but now they have the computer system all set up so I don't have to. Also I noticed they hired a nightly watchman.

Gave up Budget truck rental years ago. Budget trucks were old and not serviced regularly. Lots of complaints about Budget from rental customers. Customers alway take their frustration out on local dealer.

A neighbor helped me return my Mother's 10ft. moving van here yesterday and it was the most horrible experience ever. For starters, someone yelled at my neighbor because he didn't see the sign saying not to drive the truck through the gate, which was only a thirty yard difference.
There were two guys there. One guy with a beard and another guy with a wooden walking aid. Neither introduced themselves or greeted us. The man with the walking stick inspected the cab before calling my neighbor "the old guy" and then calling me "hey you". My Mother had contacted Budget customer service about arrangements because she had to replace the windshield wipers herself and they told her to just put in what she could regarding fuel.
The guy with the walking stick snapped at me the tank not being full and that if he had to take it and fuel it, he was going to charge my Mother's credit card $12 a gallon. I told him that that was unacceptable and said "Well, she signed a contract!" before laughing at me and walking away from me in mid-sentence.
I received no receipt for my Mother's financial records and no other communication. I had to track down one of them and ask whether I was done or not. The man with the beard said that there would be a charge to my Mother's credit card for about $60 and then told me he was "done" with me and walked away.
This morning, there is a charge to my Mother's card for almost $200 by Flagler Self Storage.
These guys are absolute jerks with zero customer service skills, who will rip you off! They're rude, nasty and treat people like garbage. Not to mention the business itself was an absolute disorganized pig sty.
Avoid this place like the plague!!
