I had been doing business with them for almost three years. I made a claim on my recliner, and it has been in. and they have known that I was going to add the delivery fee to my account. Mind you, my account has been paid off for a while but was still open. I have been in and out of the hospital because I'm a paraplegic and have been unable to contact them to pay the taxes. I have always dealt with Anthony, and I called this morning and spoke to Anthony to let him know what was going on and that I also wanted to add a second recliner to my account. He then enters the system and tells me my account has been closed since November 24, 2023. My big thing is you couldn't have contacted me and let me know my account would be closed on the 24th, seriously. To me, it's the point you could have made a call to let me know.

the whole experience has been awful.the crew that delivered put a screw threw the mirror 2 of the drawers were visibly damaged they said nothing!the wrong mattress was delivered a couple weeks later i fell backwards off the bed on the tile because no screws at all were used to put the bed together now 5 months later n 3000.00 later the bed is falling apart i was told tye night stand was on them. n i checked financing n they r both on my bill

The delivery service was awful they put No screws on my bed the night Stan still has no charging port the manager Ray seemed bothered that I called him regarding the fact that I flipped over in the floor because there were No screws 100$ off is a joke don't think we will b back
