I recently went in the store with my nephew and was told by a man with dark brown/ grey hair medium to short height, bad posture and crooked teeth and was rudely asked his mom (my sister) to hold her son or “something” because he couldn’t hear the customer. Mind you he is a two year old child, and this employee should be perfectly capable of raising their voice to the customer so they can hear him. However my nephew is a two and he is not fully conscious or capable of controlling his emotions however the cashier is. I was extremely disappointed and disheartened by this behavior. I think he is a misogynistic man, who has no compassion for woman or children. We all been children at one point or another and we all deserve to be treated with respect.

I am shocked to see all the 1-star reviews. Every time I visit this 7-11, I have been met with nothing but kindness and friendliness. They have almost every thing you need without having to "cross the bridge" and even at competitive prices. Plus I love the fact that Eric, the owner, rewards patrons who pick up litter with a free slurpee. Thanks for being a caring local business!

If I could give zero stars I would. But the slurpee machine is carrying them.Service? Horrible.Atmosphere? Horrible.Cleanliness of store? Eh. It's by the beach.I accidentally spilled my slurpee while pushing my baby stroller and trying to get out the door and it made a mess.I was immediately apologetic and even picked up my cup. The lady was huffing and puffing and the man who ultimately cleaned up the mess used some profanity when seeing what I had done.I also had to pay again for my drink. If it wasn't 100 degrees outside I would've left without a second one....Shame on y'all.

The Woman working in there "Jaquine" or "jaqlin" called a black family (Mother and Daughter) the N word with the hard R in front of me, it was insane, they left in tears. something needs to be done about that woman before they get hit with a discrimination lawsuit. its a shame because its one of my favorite stores and i wouldn't want to see anything happen to them.

Visited for the first time on Saturday May 27th between 6-6:30pm. There was a thin Caucasian male working who was on a verbal rampage of obscenities. My husband felt the need to remove us without buying anything. Think management should know of our experience.

We have visited this location on several occasions I’ve bought many a hats and drinks there. Tonight at 11:35 we were on our way home and stopped in. I needed to go to the bathroom and then was going to pick up a few things like we always do. I was told I could not use the bathroom as it was closed! I will probably never visit a 7-11 again in my lifetime.

Very unprofessional. Rude. The overweight middle-aged brunette lady that works here should be fired. I will not be coming here again snd I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the rudeness I have been given entering the store. I purchased a medium coffee, but decided to transfer it into A plastic cup so that I could carry it more easily around. She then called me over and said that I needed to pay $.25 or so for the cup. I thought this was a bit unreasonable as I had already paid and I have seen her giving away full cups of soda and food to numerous other patrons many times. I told her this was silly and decided to just dump out all of the coffee as she had irritated me. She then actually allowed the man purchasing something at the counter to pay for my cup (After I had already dumped it out). When I saw that she had allowed someone to pay for it, I went to go fill my cup with soda so I could at least have some type of drink out of this whole ordeal. As I was walking out she got angry and tried to pull me back into the store yelling at me as I tried to exit. Sodas are only $.79 Other customers around me also thought that she was being very unprofessional and unreasonable. I just left the drink, having wasted my money and gotten no drink.

Totally clogged coffee dispense. By the looks of it, it hasn't been cleaned in months, the place needs a surprise health inspection or clients may want to avoid the coffee

Scary 7-11 b/c of mean/rude cashier, the owner is nice, but every time I go there the lady treats everyone badly, unprofessional. Decided to write finally because this time she got mad I didn’t tell her in advance what type of card I was using and then she picked up my two coffees and slammed them to the side, drinks came out the top and spilled on the counter. She was hitting the screen hard when she was mad too, kind of scary. I just left. Seems like the nicer I am the more rude she likes to be. That lady should retire or get a therapist.

A decent location that has a great selection of merchandise, restrooms, friendly staff. We were in and out in a jiffy making it super convenient.
