I ordered several creams from their online store that they carry in store. When I checked out, they were all 50% off. Conveniently I receive an email afterwards telling me that the product was sold out. Except, when I try ordering again they are no longer on sale (10 mins later) and yes they are all available. Clearly they decided not to sell me the product on sale! I’ve emailed them several times and they don’t even bother to answer. Beware of this place! You can get everything they have in their store online anywhere else at Same price or cheaper and free delivery!! Everything! Will not buy anything else from them and will be writing it up in the community newspaper and warning all my friends to spread the word!

I was in the store today and was talking to one clerk about an item. Suddenly the other clerk, elderly woman with glasses and grey hair goes off on me.I asked my clerk if they had the item I was looking for, would it be possible to have it come in a box. We were managing just fine.There seems to be a reoccurring problem with consistent customer service.I was yelled at by this older clerk in front of strangers. I am a senior citizen too.What happened to being polite? What happened to staying in your lane?I use to look forward to shopping there but no more.Most of their items you can get on line for cheaper. Learned my lesson. Very disappointed.

I have shopped at Twisted Sisters for years when I am in Fernindina Beach. Recently I purchased a pair of earrings to wear for New Year's Eve. Yes, they were costume jewelry, but not what I consider "cheap" . When I took them off the card to put them on, one of the earrings literally fell apart. Thankfully I had a back up pair. When I went to the store on New Year's Day to return them they were closed so I called them once I returned home the next day. I was told that jewelry is not returnable ,but because it was broken ,I could mail it back to them , at my own expense, and they would issue me a credit. I asked if I could just return them when I was back in town and was told "no". Returns are only issued for 14 days after purchase and then it is only for store credit. I will miss shopping at Twisted Sisters when I am downtown but they need to rethink their return policy regarding defective merchandise.

Very cute store with lots of nice things to give as gifts. However, it was very pricey, and I ended up not purchasing anything.

I'm new to the area. Spotted a top on the outside clearance rack. made a quick purchase as I was in a hurry. of course, it didn't fit and within a few hours went to return it. The clerk advised it was store policy not to accept returns on 50% clearance. It was not posted on the rack outside, sale sign in the window did not indicate final on sale items, and I did not see a clearly posted sign at the register. Sales receipt was also not stamped final sale. I told the clerk this and she simply said it was store policy. Apparently it is poor business policy. Unless the item is clearly marked no returns, store clerk should have refunded my money. My mistake was not taking photos of her sale signs. I won't be returning

I bought this mist from the boutique. Before I opened at home the cellophane wrap on one side was opened. I opened to see that the product had “SAMPLE” on it. I called the boutique and explained what happened. I was told that the product was ok, and that it must have been the last bottle. I think that last could mean it had set there for a while. I explained that I lived outside of Atlanta and she told to bring back in. I felt like because I wasn’t a frequent customer is the reason for the poor customer service option that I was offered. I had gone here many times on our trips to Amelia Island, but I won’t be going back.

This was my first experience ordering from this boutique. The customer service I received was fantastic, and the item was just as described (ie: dress). I will definitely be ordering from this boutique again as they have such a great variety of items that are quality. The prices are also great! Keep up the good work ladies!

This has got to be one of the Best little Shops of Fernandina Beach! It a little sassy,a little classy,a the ladies are sweet! I was given a free tote that zips because I spent over $100.They offer beautiful, fun gift wrapping, they have a Husband waiting area, they sell everything from sand to saddles but fancy! They sell that cutsie kitchen ware that states the obvious i.e. olive oil.Super fun little shop. It's a must visit

This is the most unique shop in Fernandina beach in the downtown walking area. The owner Kim is so kind , works in the store and makes everybody feel welcome. Her team are lovely
